Johnny Rockets

The food was good. It was seat yourself and we sat down at a booth. The waitress came over and took our drink orders and less than 5 mins later another waitress came over and asked us if we could move to a table so she could seat a party of 6. When the waitress came back with our drinks she did apologize for us having to move. Other than that it was what you would expect from a small burger joint. Small menu, pretty good food, quick service and cheap prices.

Food's fine, order taking was adequate. Spent $50 on takeout with a party member who has a physical disability and trouble standing but were kicked out of a table while waiting for the food. Staff member looked directly at our disabled party member and told her to go stand across the plaza and make way for people who were gonna sit and eat, we relocated and the table remained vacant. Would've asked for money returned but was on a tight schedule.

First and last time at a Johnny Rockets. It was very busy, so I get it. But it took forever for us to even get drinks. Finally when our food came I was so disappointed. The food itself is the reason why my husband and I will never go back. We would have enjoyed Wendy's better and would have paid less. Also went to the bathroom and my feet stuck to the ground, it's like it had been mopped with maple syrup, it was so grossly sticky.

Waited for 20 minutes; seats at the bar opened and two kids came in and despite the " please wait to be seated" sign" sat right down & were given menus. Pointed this out to staff(young woman, blonde hair, bad attitude) & she was rude & unprofessional. She should be in another job not dealing with people. She stated she was "unable to keep track" which indicates food service is beyond her capabilities. There were others behind us who also left in disgust so her rudeness cost you customers. Would have liked to have tried the food but won't be back.

Completely surprised was an amzing staff with big smiles, the food recommendations accepted and was received well received, wanted to leave room for Ben and Jerry's across the road but could not help ourselves the food is off the charts amazing! Do yourself a favor and go. Sabrina was our server and she was great with out dog and so thoughtful and appreciative. Love this place!
