Wendy's

I love being able to get the 4 for $4. I was going to get one of those, plus an additional sandwich and fry, but it was more financially worth it to just get two 4 for $4s. The drive thru speed of service could be better though. They are trying to beat the system by putting the car at the speaker on hold almost every time and getting the car in front out of the drive thru before taking the next order. This seems to be how Fort Wayne Wendy's work now though. People don't have time for that, do it may have the stores numbers looking better, but you'll lose customers that are indeed looking for "fast food".

This is the worst Wendy's and probably fast food chain in Fort Wayne. DO NOT GO HERE. The workers are INCREDIBLY RUDE, LAZY and some are RACIST. After ordering food with my bf, they told us to pull up and wait. After seeing other cars getting their orders, we went in to get our food. One of the workers proceeded to lie to us saying it was already done when it clearly was not. I told him I wanted a refund and he lied and said they don't do refunds. NO ONE WAS APOLOGETIC! The manager was able to get us a refund but the other workers (there were at least 8 or 9 of them doing nothing but talking in the back) were clearly incompetent. They were incredibly annoyed we "made a fuss" because they don't have the brain cells to do simple tasks. Some of them also made underlying micro aggresive racist remarks and said "of course it's the asian and white couple". PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Yuck!! This place is a disaster. First off you have a bunch of people working who severely lack customer service. The drive thru guy is lacking some experience and is very rude. When I pulled up to pay they were all joking around playing as if they don't have a job. Let's not get started on the cold,burnt bacon, soggy fries type of food. Never going here again.

Whoever was taking orders needs to learn customer service skills. The annoyed tone when talking to a customer is kinda off-putting. Modifications aren't a request either, if I ask for things to not be put on a sandwich I mean don't put it on my sandwich. And you don't need to put individual meals into their own bag, it's a waste of paper. 🤦🤦🤦🤦
