Visited Friday around lunch time. Line was quite long, about 10-12 cars on front of us. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, not too bad since they now have a second lane for taking orders at this location. Food was hot and ready when we pulled up. Overall good visit.

I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but at some point when will you guys get it together lol poor customer service. No utensils no syrup hashbrown thrown in the bag. 3rd time within 2 weeks is ridiculous. This location sucks so bad as do the managers

The only thing reliable about this store is that they will almost always either a) take forever, b) give you the wrong items, or c) both. They are not always open when they should be. I once watched a Brinks employee knock and bang on the door for at least 5 minutes trying to get them to let her in around 11 am. They have different employees every week, which to me suggests issues in the running of the place. Make sure you get the receipt! And your straws, etc.

I wouldn't recommend this location. The food was cold, employee(that hands out the food in drive thru) asked multiple times what my order was and in the middle of telling her she completely walked away from the window. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a strawberry smoothie, I got home and the only thing besides bread was cheese on the sandwich and they gave me a small smoothie. When I said I want a medium the worker got an attitude and lied that it was a medium. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who was also rude. It seems that everyone was either rude or totally lost and didn't know what to do.

If I could rate this place with 1/4 of a star, I would. I stopped by there with my son after he got off work to get him some food. We arrived at 11:00. We left at 11:30 after having moved five car spaces forward and had not even entered into the order booth yet. Two of those five cars had driven off; meaning we actually moved three spaces forward in a half an hour. I called the manager at the store to complain. He said, he's sorry but that's the way it is sometimes. They have trouble getting people to go in on the evening shift. My advise to everyone would be - Stay Away From Here After 9 PM.

They have a special delivery window for door dash and GrubHub. I ordered on the app and I had to wait 20 minutes for my cheeseburger and fries. It's pretty clean there. Looks modern. Less staying in the past. 20 seats tops. No place to refill drinks. . It's okay if a bite. 2 lanes for drive thru.

Tried to go through the drive thru which they have 2 but they skipped me 3 times then when I went to order a large caramel frappe they informed me they couldn’t do a frappe, I asked why and the person on the other end said “Because we can’t “ ….Really? That was after I waited 15 minutes to order.
Very rude customer service. Will not be back I will drive out of my way 5-10 minutes to go to another one.

Very understaffed. The line in the drive-thru was so long we went in to place an order. There was only one person running back and forth from kitchen to the counter. This was lunchtime and we were in a rush so we eventually decided to go to Rally's next door and got our food right away.
