I love this place so much, hands down the best boba place I’ve been to in this city. No other competition can compare to the quality, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere. Not only do they serve the best boba drinks ever, they also have food options available such as: sushi, poke bowls, and rolled ice cream. It’s a perfect place to stop by if you ever want to grab a quick lunch on the go. The drink I got was the “DNA”. It’s a BTS inspired drink, as they have lots of different options rotating year-round, always coming out with new creations to keep the menu looking fresh. It never gets boring here. If you’re ever around, this place is where you should be. 10/10 service, vibe, staff, drinks, and food. Amazing.

The moment I walked In, the worker Lilo, greeted us with a smile. She made great small talk and even offered a free drink before we left. We ordered rolled ice cream which she did a wonderful job on. The best customer service I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to go back, I hope I see Lilo again. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️

The drinks that they provide is not bad at all. However I do believe the price is a bit higher than other competitors in the Jackson area(-⭐️). However I appreciate the constant attempt to offer different choices of food by updating menu⭐️. Some of the drinks offered here can only be found here!⭐️ The staffs were nice and all⭐️ but the owner displayed some minor mistreatment of the employees and seems to smoke too much outside of the building(-⭐️). He seems to micro control the work environment little too much.

Rolled Ice cream is great. I really love the poke bowls here more then at other places because the rice is hot, fish and sauce tastes good, and you can choose toppings. However, it usually takes a long time for them to make poke bowls even with not many ice cream orders or sometimes they said for for 20 min to make rice… so it seems to be more trouble then it’s worth. Maybe they should have a separate sushi and poke bowl business.

I’ve gotten bubble tea from here since they opened. Their drinks are always really, really good! Eventually they started serving sushi and then poke bowls. I was always semi afraid to try the food. I got poke at another place anyway, which was my favorite before they closed to expand. On Sunday, I was hungry and figured I’d give it a try. I ordered a poke bowl with double salmon, white rice, and some other toppings. I got home and looked closer at my bowl. It was a complete and total disappointment. It had toppings I didn’t want, was missing toppings I asked for (which doesn’t make sense because you literally circle/highlight what you want on the order slips they have printed to make it easier), and the fish I did eat didn’t taste all that great. I actually messaged them to prevent having to do a review because I really do like their drinks. I told them the problems, sent a photo, and asked if I could get it redone. Whoever was in control of the Facebook replied that I could; however, I wasn’t coming all the way back that night. I asked if I could get it redone any other day this week if possible. No reply. They did, however, seemingly try to justify my rather depressing poke by saying you only get one ounce of protein per asked, which still didn’t make sense with what I got. This doesn’t even compare to the photos of poke they’ve taken. It was basically a bowl of rice with a lot of corn and some fun stuff thrown in.

I've been here several times and they watched me fill out a paper for a poke bowl and/or sushi and waited for me to get to the counter to tell me they aren't making them. When I asked why I was told it was because they had to make rice. I looked over and there was an empty rice cooker sitting there open. It takes less than 20 minutes to rinse the rice and press start on the cooker and have fresh rice. I have only gotten a poke bowl from here once and it isn't worth the bad service.

Loved it so much, they're so nice and chill and I got my drink pretty fast. I tried boba for the first time and it was pretty sweet. Also they have sushi if you're willing to try it. I'll have to try it though next time I'm there, they have a huge variety of sushi and drinks and you can also custom make rolled ice cream. It's adorable inside too, just might have a long wait because it's so delicious.
