The Ferndale location likes to make their own prices and the female management is beyond rude to customers. They tried to up charge the extra most bests thin crust pizza from 9.99 to 18.00 saying that thin crust was a extra charge. I ended up going to a different location and they said no it’s only 9.99 for the same pizza! So please be careful when ordering from Ferndale as they are changing the price for In-store orders because they can’t change them on the online website.

Have the best pizza hands down along with prices. Unfortunately I was just at this location and all I had was a big bill to pay with and I was asked to walk across the street to Chihuahuas to have them break it under the impression that my food would be already being made but that was not the case. I shouldn't have to walk anywhere to get smaller bills, the have a safe in the back that they could have went and got more bills. They were being lazy and I'm just a nice easy going person that didn't have an issue doing that for them but I should've had my food ordered already like the gal made it seem.

First of all I ordered 8 pizzas for my daughter's first birthday. 2 of the pizzas came with a crazy bread & 2 liter. Never received my 2 liters. I had a whole pizza left over from the party & decided to warm up a slice for myself & my little. I took a bite and saw a piece of hair. I then continued to break apart the pizza to find 3 medium length light brown hairs COOKED INTO THE DOUGH. UPDATE : I called and informed the manager of my experience, he was very friendly & refunded me my money.
