Waffle House

The bad: if you want to listen to a grown woman bicker towards everyone working there, be sure to come in while Sara is working. Listening to her speak down to the employees, talk over them to ensure she was heard regardless of customers in the restaurant. Pretty sure her name tag said supervisor or such. Was annoyed by her demeanor even after the senior soaring gentlemen told them to knock it off. Talks of taking pictures of the employees work is enough to make me call ahead before returning - only to make sure she's not there. Guess bashing the new business owning today is the next best thing to complain about once the employees stop racing to your banter. The great: The food was amazing. Service was fantastic, quick and polite. Every employee kept their professional demeanor. Worked well together, except for the one. Server/Cook even asked if I needed a menu or knew what I wanted. 🥰 I can't drop the stars bc of one personality when everything else was superior. I drive 45 minutes to the closest Waffle House. The food, service and familiarity of home made up for the one person... this time.

We had a great meal tonight and had one of the best server/cooks. Shawn Ramming was working at the restaurant by himself and cooked and served us a delicious breakfast. I don’t usually review restaurants, but we were so impressed with his obvious good work ethic and friendly personality that I had to leave a review. Waffle House is lucky to have such a nice, hard working employee.
