I was very happy with the service I was very happy with the quantity of food I was very happy with the taste of the food. The restaurant has a very good vibe to it. There's really nothing I can find wrong with this place. The only downside is that wasn't able to sample a lot more. The crab toast and the peanut butter pumpkin pie are are on the to-do list next time

My wife and I have passed this restaurant countless times. We decided to stop and try it out on a Sunday afternoon. Our server, Morgan was outstanding. She is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The food and her recommendations were fabulous. This place was super clean, service A+. our food was hot and prepared perfect. Morgan was very attentive to our needs without our even asking. Karen and I will be returning as this is now one of our favorite places for great food, atmosphere, and service. Thanks Morgan! Really want to compliment the staff for being so accommodating of my family. We had a reservation for 5, arrived a little early and were seated immediately. The server was always there but never in the way or bother us. He kept our beverages filled and the food was delicious. Plates were cleared quickly and my family was able to enjoy our time together. We may have been a bit loud but we were just enjoying the food and each other. I will be back. I really think this is a nice place.

Our family celebrated Easter at Basta Pasta this year and the experience was absolutely perfect! We pre-ordered some appetizers as there were a lot of us and the server was on point the entire time. Everyone loved their food (the lamb shank and coconut pie were tops pics), the setting was perfect and John was so easy to work with. Will definitely be back!

I have been a loyal Basta Pasta of Fallston patron for years. I would regularly stop here once a month and spend $130.00 for carry out dinner. I am providing a review and score based on two factors; firstly, I ordered a shrimp scampi meal, but the meal was spilled all inside my bag. When I went and complained the carry out waitress said she would go get another one. The manager on duty, said no, just re-box the existing meal. I declined stating I wanted a whole new meal created as I didn’t know if the food was contaminated. The manager on duty walked back into the kitchen and came back out 2 minutes later with a shrimp scampi meal that was half the portion size of the original meal. After explaining that the portion size was incorrect the manger explained that this was the right portion size. I told the manager that he could keep the food as it wasn’t up to my expectations. Upon getting home, I called the Fallston Basta Pasta to get the managers name and was told it was Steve. The second portion of my complaint is that the customer service is not there anymore. I would regularly ask the carry out waitress to review my order by taking everything out of the bag. Now I am being told that since Covid they no longer practice that custom. However, the waitress expects a tip for ringing out my order. Nope… why should I provide a tip when you expect me to check my own order! Simply stated I will not be returning anytime soon! It’s a shame because the food is great! However, after this experience it has turned me away from this establishment.
