Pros:
Staff was so friendly. Sanitized and well cleaned tables. Social distancing measures were good.
Cons: Chicken was too chewy and didn't taste like fresh chicken. Ordered spicy chicken but nothing I could feel spicy in it.
Muffin taste was average.
Can't compare this one with my all time favorite Popeyes

Somehow my burgers get squished and mutilated before they get to me. Third time this meal has come this way from this particular store.

Every time I try the Fallbrook,CA location my order is messed up!!!!! Just ordered two big breakfasts. Didn’t get hash browns, butter or napkins. I guess you have to ask for these now too!!! This is the worst McDonalds ever, but the only one in our small town. Obviously no good management.

In the past month or so this place has gone down hill since my last review. You could bet safe money that they'll mess up your order and they will also assume you ordered wrong as opposed to then taking the order wrong. Sad to see a consistent mcdonalds go down hill like this.

I'm not one to trash a restaurant but... wow this McDonald's is not great . Somehow the employees always get my order wrong and end up not putting all of my already payed for items in my bag! This last time I was told to wait for a chicken sandwich and I was out there for 20 mins ... unacceptable I'm very disappointed in you mcds.
UPDATE: I decided to go back and nothing has changed...

There dining room is supposed to close at 11 and me and my friend were waiting outside at 10 and all we wanted was to order was coffee and they wouldn’t let us in because they were “understaffed” although I could see through the windows that there were at least 4 people and there were hardly any customers in the drive thru. They even looked and saw me outside with my friend and didn’t bother to come outside to tell me I had to call them to ask and when they said their lousy excuse they were just too lazy to make one coffee for my friend.

Asked for biscut, egg and cheese no meat.
Got becon. 3 time.
I am alergic to becon. So cant just remove it and eat the the rest.
