Mcdonald's

Went through the drive through line around 9pm. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and Mac sauce, with a side of EXTRA HOT fries. I can’t believe this is what they gave me. My fries were cold and disgusting. They tasted like the first batch of fries they made that morning after breakfast. Literally just threw $11 in the trash.

The overnight employees are very pleasant and friendly. We exchange greetings and talk about family, news events plans for the weekend while my order is prepared. This McDonalds is extremely clean and always looks. like it's just been remodeled. I usually go there at 4AM and my food is always cooked while i wait, not sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be sold. One of the best fast food restaurants in the area

I have never seen the restaurant before but I saw it today and I wanted to try it here's what I found out: . presence of kids kept piling up in the McDonald's bathroom I am outraged . it is very loud and it hurt my ears I nearly had a ear attack . they told me the ice cream machine was broken I didn't believe them so I went behind the counter to check if the ice cream was broken and it wasn't and forgave them but their service was terrible . I attempted to purchase some of the furniture that was there but they didn't let me because I'm a woman . they gave me the wrong Happy meal toy so I will be purchasing sad meals from this point for us. oh no I give this place one star thank you for listening to my review

I was immediately greeted and asked "how can I help you?" I asked if 2/$4 egg, sausage and cheese biscuits were available and was told "not with sausage." I decided not to order it and only ordered a medium cafe mocha frappe'. I paid for it, was thanked and I left. It was clean inside and out. Lots of parking spaces. It's inside a busy shopping center and has a lot of traffic into and out of it.

Updated:The service has declined to the point of absurdity. Over the last month or so, drive-thru wait times have increased (especially in the evening) to 15 minutes or more. Over the last few weeks there were a few instances approaching 20 minutes. Tonight it took 25 minutes to get through the line. TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES!!! The staff couldn't have cared less. I don't know what's going on there, but they need to fix it. If I could rate zero stars, I would. So disappointed. ------ This used to be my daily go-to for coffee and such. Over the last few months the service has declined - a lot. Service is much slower now. On several occasions I have waited in the drive-thru up to 10 minutes+, even though there were few customers. Order errors have gone up a lot as well (wrong or missing item(s), overcharging). Even though it's an inconvenience, I will be going out of my way to go to another McDonald's. I'm going to take a break from this one and will check back later to see if anything has changed, hopefully for the better.
