Jamba

I went in this morning around 9:45 am and the girl that was working there was very nice despite being stressed from the smoothie orders. She seemed to be by herself but she was working hard and apologized to those coming in, as it took her a few minutes to take their order since she was making smoothies. I gave her a nicely sized tip because she was friendly, and working quickly despite being stressed. She definitely deserves a raise, or at least some help from another team member!

I went to JJ on Everett Green Way in Everett Washington today. Purchased a Acai Bowl. They are $10. First of all the taste was too strong not sure what was not added. I do not think the blueberries were washed before putting them on the bowl. The front desk person got the blueberries out of the back and did not wash them. The smoothie was not mixed, it was a big clump of frozen strawberries. They were out of coconut flakes which I can understand. But they were also out of spoons. These bowls are expensive. Very disappointed in my visit today. The front desk person was very nice to say something positive.

Unfortunately I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 3, for now. My family and I come here often, and the last few times our drinks have been super watery, melting and separating almost immediately. So much so that we had to take our drinks back the other day and have them remade. I can totally understand training and also current pains with shipping and not being able to keep things in stock; but anytime the manager isn't there, the quality drops down exponentially. We got drinks around 1130am today, it wasn't busy at all but the floors were absolutely disgusting. My shoes were sticking every step and there were 3 kids working, two of them having long conversations about situations with other customers (not appropriate) and if there were fruit flies right now that place would have been swarming with them from the floor alone. Our drinks were liquidy and melted/separated in just a few minutes and we just threw them away this time and decided to take a break from this location. I hope they work through this because I love Jamba and this location is the closest to us, but we're taking a break or driving out to marysville for our Jamba fix for a bit.
