Starbucks

I love the atmosphere inside and I ordered a peppermint mocha and it came out fantastic. A nice place to chill out as well and relax. I recommend getting an Iced Peppermint Mocha, it's sweet yet rich and I'm sure you'll enjoy it too. Shout out to Johnny and Mia for making my last experience awesome!

Well it was all fine until we went outside to look at the little figures along the wall in the (empty) drive through. One of the baristas (younger, longer dark hair) leaned out the window and yells as loud as she could “you need to get out of my drive through!!”. I’ve never been addressed so rudely, and would have responded to a polite request to leave that area. Based on her continued lecture as we walked off she seemed to have this impression we were up to no good. To be honest it made me feel pretty bad and kind of ruined our day. I absolutely will never visit this location again.

This Starbucks location is one of my favorites in the Denver area because of the people and the experience they provide. From the manager to the wonderful folks crafting your drinks, it's clear that they care about each individual that comes into the store, which I think should be a core feature of any coffee shop! If something isn't quite right for you, they are the first to offer up ways to help make your experience and your day better. Nice job Starbucks Erie :)
