My boss ordered over a dozen mcmuffins this morning for his employees. Everything was done in less than 10 minutes, and undercooked. 90% of us got sick eventually afterwards. Next time that I do any orders for the shop, this will be excluded. My boss wasted $35.00 worth of food that sickened us. More time to wait for it to cook thoroughly would have been appreciated. I even stated that I was in no rush

I was told come in for a interview. Come in and the manager had no clue about a interview. She told me to wait. I waited 20mins. Then walked out. The manager was a mess before hand. Dropping bags on the floor. Complaining about employees walking in front of her. Talk about a joke. Happy I walked out.

Messed up the order with half of the items missing inside the happy meals - no drink or side.
Unhappy kiddos when we got home. When I called they wanted me to come to the store back to fix the issue. Unprofessional

They have 12 year olds working here, waited 25 minutes in drive thru for food for my children, spent 20 dollars just to get an order that only amounted to 10! Granted it's busy here at the time we arrived but come on now, for a family that is pressed for time we shouldn't have to wait 20 more minutes to get a correct order

No idea why they refuse to update the hours on here? Store is NOT open 24hrs! Haven't been in over a year! I took some pics lastnight at 2:30am. STORE IS OBVIOUSLY CLOSED! Actual Hours are 5am to 1am daily.

I never know how to rate fast food places because they aren’t a restaurant I would normally review, but when compared to other fast food places, they were good. They were helpful & friendly, got the food to me quickly and all correct. Only thing was that the fine in part of the place was closed. Not sure if it was the time (7:30pm) or how they are operating

This is the best Mcdonalds in Erie. I live all the way on the east side, but I'm always willing to drive the extra 15 mins to the west side just to come here because the service is outstanding! They always get my order correct, even when I request a Filet o fish with extra cheese and extra tartar sauce.

My order wasn't right after telling the cashier 3 times what I wanted...
But, the correct items were hot and fresh, they came quickly, and the dining room was open. So this experience was actually better than many I've had at fast-food chains in Erie.
