I admire this restaurant very much. It has a different air. The cuisine is tasty. the service is efficient and the crew is courteous. The cost is reasonable. very much recommend.

Love Rita's, so it's not the product that is 3 stars. BUT, custard is an integral part of the operation, and twice this location has had custard issues. The first time, vanilla overheated, so they only could sell chocolate. I did get to try my gelato with chocolate, which wasn't too bad actually. And the last time I went, they had no custard! I left and drove to the other Rita's in Bay Ridge.
