I went through the drive-thru and the service was fairly quick compared to many of my other visits to this Taco John's. The employees working at the time were friendly and provided great customer service. My order was correct which tends to be hit or miss at this particular location. It was nice to see employee's actually working. Normally when I go there all but 1 or 2 employees are standing around doing nothing while the other 2 do absolutely everything.

I found this in my taco and have no idea what it is. Looks like it’s a piece of tape or something? Absolutely disgusting.

For all three breakfast bowls the portion size seemed a tad smaller than typical, but the flavor was good.

I feel like the quality of the food has gone down and its a mess every time we go there. Its always tough to find a clean table.

Customer service was good, but certainly not worth the price. We got 2 medium combos for $20, this was my #9 item. $10 for this and potato coins?

Night shift cooks are terrible, cheese sauce spilled all over in bag, quesadea only had chicken and cheese in 1/3 of it the rest was just tortilla and churro had no sugar on it, just plain. Cashier was nice though.

After driving away with our order I mistakenly opened my wife's snot nacho soup. But snot nacho soup isn't an item on their menu as I discovered. Our best forensic guess was that they were supposed to be just nachos. But it was literally liquid. I suppose they are trying to hasten it through the customer and ease it's typically explosive transition back into the open air. Kudos on that. Maybe some hot sauce or something next time?
