Taco Bell

Got a little better service from them today. I've been going here for 5 years just because of convenience. The food is always the same. But store is usually cluttered and bathrooms dirty, and slow service. But today I can't find anything wrong. Clean lobby, clean bathrooms, and actually great order taker. But I didn't see anyone in there under 30 years old. Good for them.

The absolute worst staff ever. They are offended you even showed up to buy food. I'm a local and have visited store on and off since high school during the early 1990's when it was a great place to eat cheap so I can speak to over 25 years of dealing with this store. Over the last decade, EXTREMELY long wait times, poor food quality, consistently telling customers "we are out of that", filthy resteraunt and bathrooms and, most of all . . . The WORST employees I have ever been served by. I have definitely been treated differently here as a Caucasian. I've been ignored in line and actually had someone behind me served first. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra miles to the Johns Creek Taco Bell and you will be in another world with great, fast service and pretty decent food for Taco Bell. It's seriously one of the biggest night and day experiences you'll have at a resteraunt. TACO BELL PLEASE REVOKE THIS FRANCHISE!!!!!!! It's impossible this place makes money.

Absolute garbage. The dude who helped me was trying to cover his temper or rudeness or whatever the f that was. Mr. Smart kid if you happen to read this, learn a couple of things 1 - Don't assume most immigrants you hear on the speaker don't eat meat. 2 - You work in a Taco Bell, I don't expect you to know how payments work. So stop acting smart about what will and won't work with your payment machine. Take what I'm giving you try it, if it doesn't work then try and hide your overwhelming attitude. 3 - Go take some Customer Service classes, you desperately need them. This Taco Bell is old, and the one staff member I dealt with either gets heavily underpaid or thinks he owns the damn store. Even though I've said enough about that nutjob, the rest of the staff I cannot comment on, as I haven't gotten the pleasure to talk to them. Don't recommend the place nontheless.

Where to begin. The building is falling apart. Several times that I've gone while it's raining there are small trash cans collecting the water leaking from the ceiling. The thing that really drives it home for me though is that for some reason this location is more expensive than the others. That $5 box advertised on TV is $6 here. Burritos are $0.30 more. I'm lucky to spend less than $8 on any combo. Tried asking a manager why they were so expensive and he put on an act like he didn't understand what I was asking. If they're charging more, how can they not at least repair the building?

Two stars because the orders are never right. They also give you the wrong sauce when you ask for a certain one.. They cant seem to get anything right. Even had the chicken tacos and my chicken was still cold.. Guess they forgot to nuke it before they put it in my taco.. People just don't really care about maintaining a fast food place anymore.. Rip
