Red Lobster

The waitress was fantastic. She has a very beautiful name. She was super nice. Hope to see again on our next visit to Duluth. Oh ya I thought I scanned my parking ticket inside but when we left it would open the gate. I put in my card and I couldn't read the screen because of the sun shining on it. It cost $4.00 oh well. Hopefully goes to a good cause.

Absolutely horrible experience. Visiting Duluth for New Years. Kids macaroni and cheese tasted like watered down cheese on overcooked noodles. Fries were soggy. Milk had on off taste. Ordered an extra side of crab legs with the Ultimate Feast and were only given one tiny souffle cup of liquefied butter... which somehow leaked in the bag. We discovered the butter had leaked after my Fiancée held the bag on her lap and it stained her brand new white leather gloves. Our ordered sides were rice and broccoli, no broccoli was given. Substituted Walts favorite shrimp for another shrimp scampy and was given Walts favorite shrimp. Requested a "Cutlery Kit" but there was no plasticware in the bag. Ended up eating with our hands. Please, if you order to go, check the bottom of the bag and contents before you leave the parking lot.

This is my second time eating here within the past 7 days. My first experience was amazing. My waitress was amazing and kind. The food was delicious. However, today's experience was not so good. My waitress was not helpful. She did not offer anything. For example, I asked for a to go container, but there were 2 others at the table. She did not ask if they needed one. I asked for tomatoes for my salad. The waitress sighed before agreeing to provide them. She sighed before getting me a bag and never brought napkins nor a desert menu. I don't think she wanted to serve us. I did not want to tip this horrible waitress, but I gave her the bare minimum 15% when I generally give 20%. The food was not that good today either, it was probably the service.
