Clearly says lobby closes at 9:30 PM with a huge banner outside seating lobby open arrived around 815 and they refused to take my order in the lobby. I asked what time does your lobby close he refused to answer and walked back to the kitchen rude guy with dreads. I am a franchise holder of many restaurants and by far whoever owns this location definitely needs to get their employees checked on.

Pleasantly surprised by this location. I'm always a bit apprehensive when I go somewhere and no other cars are there. And employees are randomly milling around the building. But, despite all that the order taker was very nice. Even suggested a better opinion for us. It's hard for me to see some drive thru menus, so I often can't find what I know is there quick enough. He was patient. Our food was hot. Chicken fully cooked. Only complaint was tenders were a little too hard.

When i entered the store it was empty and employees were sitting around a table. Now I know why. Nasty chicken taste. Taste old and funny. As manager for hot sauce he gave me 2 small packets when I asked for more he said you only get 2. I suggest you do as I do. If you order online do not order from this store. The food doesn't taste right KFC should revoke this franchise until under new management. NASTY FOOD YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I ordered 3 pc chicken tender combo extra crispy. Did not get chicken tenders.
Woman who took my order mocked me for saying the price was wrong. Yes, the price was wrong because she put in the wrong order. Had to pay more for something I didn't want.

At night you can hardly see the turn in. It appears the lights are off or really dull. In a great location but busy roads during rush hour and dinner. Friendly customer service. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking.

I order my food at5:06pm and was told to pull up to the door. At 5:38 someone came out and apologized and asked us what was our order. After repeating the order back she couldn't remember so she asked if we had out receipt. Gave herthe receipt and she’s like “oh it just came out!” At 5:54 a young man finally walked out really slow with our food made eye contact handed us the bag then walked off. No spoken words. Upon checking the bag, the order was wrong. Now we have to go inside to correct our order which took more time. Here it is 6:00 and we are finally able to eat. This place service is absolutely horrible!!!!

Management needs to look into what the employees are doing at this store. Employees are closing store it it should be open at 8pm on a Saturday night and I can’t pick up Uber eats orders that are going there. It’s happened a few times, and it’s multiple people in the kitchen when you go through the drive through and they say we’re closed. Why are you there then 🤦🏾♀️

I usually don’t leave a review but for this restaurant it was necessary. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady asked if I wanted to try something new they just had placed on their menu. As soon as we told her no and proceeded with the order she said the restaurant was closed since people don’t want to work. Ok so why bother ask if you want to try something new and then you hear a big order and you don’t feel like making it and say you are closed? This is ridiculous who ever the manager is needs to get new employees or close this place down. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Find another place to go eat honestly
