Mcdonald's

The manager (so called Nick) told me that I'd have to go to the drive through although I was already in the process of placing my order inside, he stopped the cashier and refused to serve me. A woman that walked in just ahead of me was able to get her order in. I can't believe that since HE forgot to lock the door and I was already inside he sent me to the drive through, things can always be worse but where is the logic for this??? FYI, there were people camping in the lobby and one of them came to me and advised me that It'd be best that I just leave "Before there was trouble". I work in the service industry and have been for over 3O years and none of this is acceptable. I was NOT rude in any way, just a little baffled.

Would of gave no stars if it were an option, for some reason this particular location is just terrible. They do whatever they want whenever they want, and treat there customers horribly. I have never heard of such disrespectful things until going to this location, and others have also had problems. At a certain point you have to wonder. Why someone would take time out of there day to write a bad review. It really is sad. Hopefully this location gets demolished or changed to another restaurant.

Its McDonald's, unfortunately I got the wrong order. Sometimes that happens when they get busy. It was completely understandable and I wasnt completely disappointed. They were super nice and sorted it out but I was trying to get back to the hospital that is close by, the staff was great just a mix up.

Went through drive thru at 10pm apparently they only serve meals 1-6 on the menu, no happy meals, mcchickens, McDoubles. I’ve never heard of any McDonald’s that does that. Then the lady taking our order had the worst attitude and while we were still ordering she cut us off and gave us our total. Made for a unpleasant experience, I would have rather gone to a gas station.

I pulled up drive thru they said it would be a minute I was ok with that but I sat there foe at leat 5 mins and NOTHING! I turned around and went inside to order thinking it might be faster, it wasn't I sat there for what felt like 20 mins. But idk since the kiosk didn't give me a receipt and when I got home realized my son didn't get his milk that comes with happy meal and the fry boxes were only like half way full. I will never go here again.

I come here often. Mainly because it is one of the few locations open late at night but recently it has been getting worse and worse. I can't guarantee them being open not sure if its due to lack of staff or just laziness. But as an Uber Driver the lack of professionalism and poor quality of food. It is getting to the point where I am pretty much done with this place. From hard buns on my McChicken to straws that are completely disgusting to unreliable service. I am giving them a 1 star because I can't give them anything less. Just don't eat here.
