I’ve eaten here 3 times recently since the pandemic began. Each time I had stomach issues (ordered a different item each visit). The 3rd time was not the charm. I ended up with good poisoning from undercooked food. I had ordered something different than what I had intended ordering because their shipment hadn’t come in. Short staffed, poor service each visit. Never again. This place used to be in good shape before covd

Very Poor Service. Waited 1.5 hours for wings. Heard the wings were great here but they are below average. It's just Frank's sauce on wings in a dive bar. Des Moines has so much more to offer than this dump.

I’ve been going here quite frequently. This time tho I was asked if I wanted to add a tip. Which she added herself. I thought usually you add the tip yourself. Based on the service ,and her doing that charged me tax on the tip she added.
Told her add $2 got kinda a attitude.
I had cash in my pocket I was gonna tip with ;next time don’t asked to add the tip yourself! Wings were burnt and dry!
Hardly any sauce on them
And the cheese balls were way undercooked.
Sorry but I paid $30 to throw half the food away!!

Wings are service are very good. However I don’t understand there pricing $13.75 for 8 wings and $20 for 12 wings. Also didn’t love the generic soda.
All that being said it’s a solid lunch spot for some wings and brews.

Gerri's is a one-of--kind bar. Friendly staff and good eats. The wings are there best we've ever had, which keeps us going back whenever we come to town.

Ordered a platter of wings to go, had been told by a few people the wings are great, I thought they were dry and not very hot for being hot wings.... Just ok and price could be better!

Was going to order wings yesterday however seeing the pics of eaten wings is so gross decided to go somewhere else! Who wants to see eaten food on a website before ordering?!
