Very busy when we were there. They were also short staffed. We had a bit of wait to get seated but ot wasn't bad. Felt that we got our meal in a timely manner even being short staffed.

I have been ordering from this Applebee’s for sometime we went and ordered to go curbside for $42 a couple weeks ago it was over 25 minutes late getting out to me when we get home the fries are cold we ordered the quesadillas one was supposed to be well done and one was supposed to be medium so I checked them and this is what I found they are hard as a brick. It all went in the garbage. I won’t be going back for quite some time.

We were looking for a quick bite to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. Bartender was cheerful and helpful, offered current specials for food and drinks. Service was prompt and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Masks weren't required but customers self distanced themselves.

Service seems good, but it smells like mold really bad inside the restaurant.
Edit: I went back a second time. I ordered a steak with mash potatoes. My steak wasn’t cooked enough. There was enough mashed potatoes on my plate for 4 people. No joke. And everything was soaked and gross in butter or dirty water. I couldn’t tell. I spent $42 on the Ribeye with topping and the Wonton app and couldn’t even eat the food. Kinda crazy where Applebees has gone. I’m not one to leave bad reviews. Or any review actually. But this was insanely bad. And once again it was hard to get a refil to wash the taste out of my mouth until the waitress realized I was ready leave. She asked if I wanted another Pepsi to go. Also, I sat there for a few minutes with my food before they brought me silverware and napkins and the napkins looked like they came from the bathroom dispenser.

We understood there would be a wait time due to low staffing. However, our waitress Olivia moved at a snail pace and spent a lot of time visiting with diners at another table near us. It’s okay to be friendly, but the conversation was about other diners. Our meal was cold when she delivered it to our table. Wish we could have left a tip for the kitchen staff. She certainly didn’t deserve it.

First time in a long while we’ve been at this Applebees and I doubt we will be coming back. It wasn’t busy at all but the service tonight was horrible. Our waitress was very sweet but she only came to our table 3 times. Our food took 45min to come out and our appetizer came with it and it was cold. The manger did comp the appetizer but it just seemed like no one that worked there minus the bar staff was really wanting to work. The host had his friend and girlfriend there (just assuming bc they kissed) but while there was people waiting he was at there table eating the food and chatting with them. A gentleman that sat next to us said he waited for his food for an hour and a half. I know things have changed since the height of Covid and I believe they were short staffed but that doesn’t excuse the lack of service. My food that came out was very good same with my husbands. We were just disappointed in the service.

Came to eat tonight 4/27 at 7:30. We were sat in a booth by the bar. Took 40 minutes for our food. Every plate that came out was cold as if it had been sitting in the back for a period of time! We asked for new food and was told they could “warm it up”. Our server had friends/family eating behind us and she was very attentive to them and their food came promptly. She clearly doesn’t treat all customers with the same level of customer service. A man at her table was rude and made comments to my friend saying “take a picture it last longer” when she was watching a tv above them!! Highly unsatisfied with this location!

I had company over and we ordered dinner off the Applebee's website and had it delivered. They forgot my meal so I called them and was told they had it and I had two choices; I could come pick it up or they could send me a coupon that I would have to use for dine in only. I asked them to put the money for that meal back on my credit card and was told no, those were my only two choices. I am disabled and this is why I had it delivered. If I had wanted or could come in to dine I would have. So I had to get someone to go pick up my dinner while theirs got cold. I will never go back here again not just because they messed up but because they were so rude about it and acted like it was my responsibility to fix it. Extremely poor customer service.
