Chipotle Mexican Grill

3/21/22 This chipotle needs new management. I was in line and the line wouldn’t move and when I asked other people why they said they have no white rice. Why wouldn’t you take other clients while you figure out the rice situation ? I’m finally helped then she tells me there’s also no lettuce ! The employees were in the back telling jokes and laughing meanwhile there was a mess everywhere all over the floor tables were dirty and the garbages were full I couldn’t even throw my napkin away, there is a total disregard for the restaurant by the employees from inventory to cleanliness. Is there anyone managing this place ?

If I could give this chipotle no stars I would.. literally 5 little pieces of chicken on their bowls.. really?? When I asked for the proper amount I was told "the manager has been on us about giving too much chicken" I have been coming here for over a year. Today is my last day. $9 for a bowl of rice. I'm good

We normally eat here a few times a month. My kids eat there more offen. However, my wife and I stopped to dine in and as soon as we walked in the place was absolutely gross. Every table had food on it, the floors were gross also with food all over the place. At this point I didn't even know if I wanted to eat here but we did anyways. We ordered our food and went to the drink station and all the lemonade machines were empty and the soda station was a mess. No straws and one size lids that didn't fit our drinks. There was 1 fork and no knifes. We cleaned off our own table up near the ordering area and near the doors. We started to eat and two Dartmouth police officers came in and looked around and said wow this place is looking rough and we also agreed. They ordered there food and said they rather go eat in there cars. The bottom line here is get a staff that cares or this place will go under.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Did an online order for 2:30. Show up at 2:35 and my food was not ready which is fine. I wait for ten minutes and nothing comes out of the kitchen. I politely ask them to check on my order and a worker looks around, swipes his card in the register, tells me my order will be out quickly. No one is in the restaurant at this time but they still have to make my order in the back. I sit and wait for ten more minutes watching multiple orders come from the back of he restaurant and two people come in and order and get their food before mine comes out. I finally get my order say thank you before leaving only to find that my bowl with extra rice and extra beans is really half of a bowl. I’m very upset I had to pay for this after waiting for so long and not saying anything rude to the workers. This is ridiculous. This is a picture of my bowl before I’ve taken a single bit of food. I’ve usually had decent experiences in chipotle but this is just absurd. 0 stars.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat and I used to go to this same location all the time and had no probems. But I came today and witnessed the slowest staff I've ever seen in my life! The rice was crunchy and the burrito was very poorly folded. Steak was super fatty. All the tables in the place are dirty and need to be cleaned. The guy making the food didn't even speak to us. He just stared at us and waited for us to say what we want. That wouldn't work if it was my first time at chipotle. The biggest thing though was the slow service! There was a pretty short normal line when I got there but I waited as if the line was out the door and down the street because the three people making the food were so painfully slow.

Absolutely vile. My stomach turns thinking about the conditions of this restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE! even if you are thinking about taking the chance. The food counter was filthy and while making my burrito the girl dragged my food along it getting random bits of food I didn’t want in to burrito. My burrito order used to be $8. Now $14.
