What has happened to this place? I’d honestly give it 1 1/2 stars for our visit this Tuesday night, but that sounds a little crazy and vindictive. Really, though, if tonight is an indication of what this fairly decent restaurant has become then it deserves 1 1/2 stars. We entered at about 7:30 and sat at a half full bar. No bartender was there and we sat for about 3-4 minutes when a server realized there was no one there. She came in and took our drink orders and covered for the regular bartender. She was very friendly and it was a good recovery. Then it starting sliding from there. I had a Pinot and my wife had a basic margarita that was just basic. But, okay to be expected at a place like this. Then the actual bartender took the order. I have to say, when you work in the hospitality industry you should be, well…hospitable. Or at least pretend to like what you do. We honestly felt as if we were an intrusion on her time the whole time we were there. But, here’s the kicker…she was taking or dinner order and right in the middle of a sentence her manager (we assume) started talking to her about something she had done earlier. She literally stopped our order and had a conversation with him about it. I think the bigger problem is that he was the one who started the exchange while patrons were there giving an order and he didn’t stop either. What???? Management may be a big part of the problem here. The food was below the standards they used to have. My BBQ chicken wrap was good, but just warm. The fries were limp and warm as if they’d been sitting for awhile. My wife’s onion soup was really flavorless. She could’ve added salt. Then while we were dining the bartender didn’t bother to check on us or our order. Maybe she knew what our reaction would be. So, we’re not likely to bother returning here unless there’s a wholesale change that we hear about. And, I’d warn others too.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to visit my sister. It was very clean and well kept. We had no wait and were seated immediately. The food was very good. My husband had flounder, I had chicken. Our waitress Sue answered any questions I had. We will stop again next time we are on our way to Martha's Vineyard.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to greet us and show us to a table. Not sure if they were trying something new by allowing guests to choose their own table, didn't see a sign and so we just left. Went next door to From the Seoul for the first time and had a great experience ☺️ so it was meant to be.

The atmosphere needs an update.
My husband had a cheeseburger. Excellent.
The waitress told me the fried shrimp were fresh and came in that day from Galilee. They were awful. Tasted like boxed battered frozen shrimp.
Not going back.

The service is horrendous. I went to pick some food up and the hostess and acted lazy about it. Saw one on their phone and complained about being pushed around? Other hostesses are not as bad. Many tables are extremely dirty. Had to wait 25 minutes for a table even though half of the tables in the restaurant were open but dirty. Waitresses are kind but had to deal with some forgetting our orders and forgetting the complimentary popcorn. The food is not bad, kids love the mac and cheese however sometimes it comes in smaller quantities and it is a waste of money. The atmosphere is okay, just not the fact there are several dirty tables surrounding the family.
Recommendations:
Hire bussers to clean tables. Seems like the issue of people waiting to be seated is because of dirty tables and theres too many of them.
Hire better hostesses, or give them warnings. They seem lazy and you can tell they do not like their job making my family feel unwelcome.
Place food in take out orders like you usually do. I keep getting bread dipped into my kids mac and cheese or cheese all over my kids fries.

The food at this location has gone down hill slowly over the years. But I do remember when it wasn't that way. Sadly the food here reminds me of a tourist trap restaurant when your on vacation too bad because it was excellent here at one time. Step it up guys!!
By the way steer clear of the chowder it taste like cardboard just horrible 😫

Ordered a steak but wasn't what I expected. It was dry and too thin. And onions were on the side. They were ice cold. Not a fan of this place.

Went to Dartmouth location earlier this week. got the 12 oz RibEye at Texas Roadhouse and I couldn't believe the quality & quantity of the STEAK literally LESS THAN A 1/2 inch thick & confusing texture & taste. VERY Disappointed.
Then I went to PUB 99 today and got the same steak, 12 oz RibEye and was over 1 1/2 inches thick and absolutely delicious... PUB 99 ROCKS !!!
