It was honestly pretty pitiful put of the four people there was one person of the crew who actually knew what they were doing. When we came in there was 4 tables with plates cups trash ect. And the rest full. As we are waiting one of the tables complains they haven't gotten there food in over 45 minutes, although I was hesitant of staying and waiting on a table I walked here from my hotel so I struggled through it about 20-30 minutes in a table is finally clean so we can sit. Then two couples sat next to us after us was served and finish eating before we got our food. We also got our food a side item at a time and most of the time it was cold. One of my friends sausage was only cooked on one side.. my eggs were cold and was told they would

Let me tell y'all something. Don't judge a book by its cover.the old servers name is Angela. She was in an accident a few years ago. She's not drunk. In fact she doesn't drink. She has head injuries. And two you never know how hard someone's job is until you do it yourself. So just chill out.

Everytime we call the line says no longer taking orders. So we go out of our way for a quick breakfast and it never fails the employees are on their phones or chatting about the poor workmanship of the previous crew. This establishment got a third of our requests right and what's crazy is we saw they had everything right on the receipt. Go figure they were entertaining one another untill the manager came back from break. I will update this review in 3 months time

Phenomenal! Even short staffed, both Angela and Bree were pleasant, fast, and efficient! Definitely the best late night service I’ve had ever. 10/10

I never seen a dirty waffle house it was dirty like someone had a food fight in there food all over the floor,the table the dishes wasn't even clean.somebody call the health department. i do not recommend this place. I ate Ayman waffle house this one gets a 0 out of 10.

If I could give a negative score I would. The server got my order wrong and then tried to charge me twice as much. My waffle was still raw on the middle and my hash browns weren't cooked how I asked

How can a place called Waffle House run out of WAFFLES? We were placing a take out order and was told they are out of waffles. Besides that being beyond bizarre, the customer service here is below unacceptable. They constantly get orders incorrect and the pace is very slow.

I have been going to this Waffle House for 16 years. I have never had a bad experience here until last night, 12/17/21. Patty was sooo slow and so rude. She took our order and that was the last we saw of her. The cooks delivered our food. We had to bring our cups up to the counter for refills. When we paid.our bill, she didn't even have it ready. She kept saying she was only 1 person, but there was a total of 3 tables when we were in there. Will not go there at night ever again..
