Amazing food. Service I will start first. We had a set time at 830. Got in at 8p and they let us sit early. They ask for vax cards to heads up. Very good old school feeling. Cable car in the middle of the restaurant. Server I had was amazing on top of it. Food was great and came out on time and perfect. Just plates took time to pick up. But overall great. Meat lovers treat was great

Nice ambiance and food were good. We had pasta and Tiramisu. Everything was good. Perfect for anniversary or birthday or any special event dinner

The food was amazing. The service was fantastic. I was really happy being in that place. I'm still giving it five stars even though there were two things that I felt a little uneasy about.
Number one was if the tables were a little closer together. I mean I understand that the mask mandate is over, but I was still a little worried.
Number two we asked for the chicken fettuccine alfredo with no mushrooms in it because I have an allergy to it and even though the food wasn't mine. My boyfriend got mushroom in his it wasn't a big deal because I wasn't eating it, but it still came with mushrooms in it even though he said no mushrooms. The waitress was amazing and asked if he wanted to send it back but because he already ate some of it he felt like that would be extremely rude to do so. But other then those 2 little issues still deserves 5 stars thank you guys

Food was alright, but service was not. Came after the lunch rush and took over 20min for anyone to help us.
We noticed the table in front and beside us were getting attention but we did not. We were staring down anyone and everyone but none made eye contact with us.

I've been to the Old Spaghetti Factory twice now and each time it is delicious. I love their Italian Sodas and how you can keep their glasses. They give large portions and the service is great. Parking can be difficult depending on when you go since there are events in the square, however, it's worth the visit.

We have already been there twice in a week since discovering this restaurant. Loved the food and the service. Especially the garlic cheese bread was amazing. Our waitress Audrey was really sweet and nice. Good food and price. Would definitely come back again.

Spaghetti is my all time favorite food. I’d heard of this place but never tried it until recently. I ordered the standard spaghetti. It was pretty good, I’d say comparable to Olive Garden. The bread was probably my favorite thing unique to this place. Service was good, not too expensive. Overall I give it a thumbs up.

I really liked the food here😋. I ate soup and Fettuccini Alfredo, which was delicious, for dessert I had a 3 flavored ice cream which was also delicious. After eating everything I was full. The only problem I had was that the waitresses weren't very worried about the plates that were empty on the table, so we barely had space to move things around on the table.
