The service is great but the quality of the coffees are not. Unless you specifically ask for certain amount of pumps, the coffee always comes out super sweet or super bitter. Their frozen coffees are more like ice coffees with crushed ice. They need to actually make the drinks and try them. Then things would probably be good for a change.

Absolutely complete waist of money. Coffee is never correct. No matter how many times I come here. Staff Is freindly that's what the one star is for. It's not even coffee just a bunch of cream and sugar.

Overall they are a great place they always get my order right and if they don't the correct it But I ordered a medium ice cappuccino just be aware people you are paying for the foam not the coffee this is my drink, when my husband got home from picking up my Ice cappuccino. They told me it was mainly the foam one drinks so if you don't drink it right away that's what it's supposed to look like.

super nice lady at the drive through took care of my sister and I, she told us we were the only nice people she’s ever interacted with!? Who bullies the Dunkin’ workers, like come on! the lattes were also very good

Excellent prices ( still affordable when you're broke and need some good coffee ;). I love the ice coffees here, mainly the vanilla ice coffee. It's a nice pick me up anytime of the day.The lady at drive thru was very kind and good customer service.

Usually love DD but this time there was only like 3-4 hash browns that were burnt. Looked like they were dropped on the floor and put back in the bag. Also the coffee was good tasting only my cup wasn't full lol
