I ordered an EVERYTHING BAGEL 🥯 W BACON EGG & CHEESE. Pretty simple & straightforward. There was hair on it! And IT WAS A PLAIN BAGEL! People in there seem TOO GOOD FOR ANYONE! In a RUSH & THE PLAIN BAGEL WAS STALE! WON'T BE BACK. When I went back in to say something about the hair the girls just looked at me like *OH!* And didn't offer to MAKE THINGS RIGHT! I will come back later & speak with management. Terrible customer service! I'm disappointed! I SPENT GOOD $ THERE!

1. Never come after 1:00 expecting food or espresso. They shut their machines down early because they "close soon." 2. Employees are usually friendly, but extremely slow. Had an incident where the only employee was in the back for 10 minutes before she took my order, no apology or anything. 3. I don't get food often, but they're usually out of a lot. I did not want to leave a bad review because I'm a regular customer. Their drinks and food are usually very good, but the service is unreliable. I've come in way too often only for them to say they don't have something.

Stopped in to get a coffee, used the restroom first. It was extremely dirty. If the customer bathroom is this dirty, I don't want anything from the kitchen.

Ordered a couple of times through Grubhub. Who is usually always great. However this location is always out of what ever I order. Today they were out of plain bagels, Boston Creams, Vanilla cremes, spider donuts etc... I'm okay if you replace some of the donuts but I opened my box and they replaced them with plain non-frosted non-filled donuts. That puts the grub hub driver in a tough spot. I Gave her a generous tip and she already drove to the location. I don't want her to not get the tip after getting that far. So I reluctantly accepted the order and paid 28 bucks (after tip) for a box of plain donuts and 2 non plain bagles. Waste of money.

Wow. Ordered curbside service with app. Had baby in the car. Very few Customers in the store. Waited 15min and nobody came out. Called store and was told they are busy. Baby started to cry and had to go. Will never ever be back. Service is so bad nowadays.

This place is just ridiculous. The worst. I use to love it and now every time I go part of my order is missing then I have to re-wait in line every single time because the people who make the food make you go to the front and wait through the line again. This past time I waited an extra 15 min just to tell someone I was missing my food to the point where I was going to be late for work so I just left without the food. The people in here are so clueless and then make you figure out their mistakes. Do not waste your time

When they actually make your order, their stuff is REALLY good! Unfortunately, it seems to me like this store is very poorly managed. I have attempted to order from this store via DoorDash several times. I have received my order less than half of the time. The order will sit on “waiting for confirmation” and eventually gets cancelled. I then have to contact DoorDash support to get a refund. I get that stuff happens and sometimes you run out of stuff. But it shouldn’t be a 50/50 chance whether or not I get my food. If your store is consistently running out of items, maybe order more of them? Just a thought. I will not be ordering from this store anymore. It’s not worth the hassle. Giving two start only because their coffee is SO freaking good, on the off chance you actually get to drink it.
