My girlfriend stops on her way home from work at this location several times a month. Always asks for her items to be done in a certain manner. It's never done the way she asks. The sandwiches are subpar at best when she asks for them to be done specially. She always gets me an order of cheese sticks and the last two times she has gotten me those cheese sticks they haven't even been cooked all the way through. Totally disappointed with how this location has gone downhill since the pandemic. I'm all about affirmative action in trying to give the handicapped jobs. But I've noticed several folks with Down Syndrome either in the position of taking orders or filling them and I'm sorry I would like to think that they are just as capable as anybody else but it seems to be proven with my experience is that they are not capable of it. Can I just get some cheese sticks that are done properly by somebody that doesn't have a smooshy head

Food is good. Cashier (an older lady) didn't know how to make change. Gave her $20.38 for my bill of $15.38. She had to use a calculator to figure out how much to give back to me.

Worst Arby’s ever. Placed an online order and they were preparing my order, just to see the manager rolling out laughing as I pulled in more than 20 minutes before I closed. Still have not gotten a refund. Go to the Arby’s down the road.

Food was terrible, tiny thin piece of chicken with little meat in sandwich, fries were burnt and cold. Staff was nice at least. But the food was pretty bad quality. When Arby's said they "have the meats" they must have meant pigeon. ..

woman at the window was beyond rude and unprofessional while I was trying to make sure my order was correct, not to mention it’s a miracle if this location is even open anymore given that they’ve been closing at whatever times they feel like these days. Definitely not worth the price and time

This Arby's is always treated me great as a doordasher. Never had a problem waiting too long and the food usually is fresh and ready to go for my customer.

I pull up at 1 o'clock on a Monday with a line of cars and come to find out that they were closed. This isn't the first time I have gone during their posted Monday-Friday hours and they are just not open with no signage. So this and the terrible food I have gotten from them the past few times, I am done.

IF YOUR CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT SHUT YOUR LIGHTS OFF. not a hard concept to grasp. I can understand If there might be problems hiring people but if your website says your open until 11pm and I come at 9:20 pm I expect you to be open. update your hours online If things have changed. I have been reading through recent reviews and see this is not uncommon at any hour of the day.
