Awful service. I just went there AGAIN ON 2/14/2022 and nothing, I mean NOTHING has changed. Just look at the time/date on the stamps of my food order. It shows I’m not lying. These PETTY LOSERS need to be fired. I went around 730 to get a Big Mac with extra cheese came home and it turns out to be a quarter pounder with extra cheese. HOW DO YOU MIX UP THE TWO?? So I went around again to see what they would do a second time at 950 and they gave me THREE SLICES OF CHEESE ON MY BIG MAC BECAUSE THEY ARE PETTY CHILDREN. They don’t deserve a minimal of $15 /hr in my honest opinion and I work with INFANTS. do not waste your time or money here unless you come between 5am and 1pm.FIRE THE NIGHT CREW BECAUSE THEYRE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH

The kids that work there are extremely rude. The food is always old…I have no idea how a health inspector hasn’t shut this place down yet. It’s is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I still try to give it a chance… and it never disappoints to disappoint every single time. This location is an embarrassment to the community.

At the time of writing, I have already finished my meal and left the restaurant. As the meal digests, I think back to the highs and the lows of my visit. Below I have assembled a list of pros and cons to amply justify my score. Pros: • Clean Bathrooms • Friendly Staff • The ability to order either in person or at a kiosk • The variety of drink choices @ the fountain machine • The interior, though limited in seeing, had a refined look(pictured below) Cons: • My order called for a Big Mac, with nothing but cheese (also pictured below), yet I received it without cheese. • Though my fries were warm, other members of my party received cold fries. • Within the men's restroom, there were no walls or barriers on the sides of the urinals In conclusion, though there were a few minor hiccups in my experience, my visit at this restaurant was overall satisfactory. I would definitely come again!

The employee who brought my food purposefully burped as loud as he possibly could while approaching my car, I mean LOUD. Just disturbing. They were lazy and didn’t follow my explicit instruction to put NO ICE in my drink. I had to scoop it out with my hands, throw it out the window, and then run it over. I don’t want my drink watered down. The burping thing was just nasty. I work at subway, we’d get written up for a thing like that at the very least. Not okay. I’m not exaggerating to make a review sound bad, we get reviews like that and I can assure you this ain’t that. Wouldn’t get curbside here anymore.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing expecting different results, so I must be insane for expecting this last visit to this McDonald's to go well. I have had my last bad experience at this McDonald's and I will never set foot here again. Service is consistently slow, food is consistently unseasoned, and I AM FED UP WITH GETTING THE WRONG FOOD. This time, I ordered two QPCs, two large fries, and a 20 piece nugget. I even checked the bag for three boxes when I got my food to make sure they got it right before leaving. Got home to figure out they didn't. One of the QPCs had just pickles and meat. My fries had no salt. There were no sauces. I didn't even get the nuggets, the third box I felt at the bottom ended up being a FILET O FISH. Funny part is, the filet wasn't even made right, all it had was an overcooked fishcake and a piece of bread. If you're craving McDonald's, go somewhere else... The extra drive will be worth your while.

Haven't been to this location in a while because the service at night is always horrible. Glad I came in tonight! Nice to see there's a different crew working now that know the meaning of 'efficient'. I don't know who the lead is tonight but they are killing it. I hope they're getting paid just as much, if not, more than the guy and crew that used to always be here. Job well done!
