7-eleven

Staff is always friendly. The food quality compared to other 7 elevens is not as good. Late night shenanigans definitely happen here. If you need you late night fix it’s worth it but otherwise maybe go to another. There is a 7 eleven on basically every block. This one also has a gas station which is nice. To bad the old zeros sub shop (which is attached) is no longer there.

The older lady that works there seriously needs an attitude adjustment. She was rude to me for no reason and spoke in a hateful tone. Tried charging me full price for a fountain drink on sale even though she watched me put in my phone number for the rewards. If she hates her job that much maybe she should change careers.

When one of our two small children accidentally spilled their Slurpee, one of two idle employees, both talking behind the counter at the time, walked over and handed my wife a mop, then returned to her chat behind the counter. My wife obviously had her hands full and had apologized for the spill. Being the non-confrontational type, she told me she cleaned the mess and returned the mop. Tell you what. This location lost our business and we will forever go out of our way to avoid this 7-11. This employee (older white woman, unsure of name) is always brimming with attitude and has never been a welcoming presence during any of our visits.

Employee cornered me at the bathroom with some psycho babble about some gease. I complained, but there manager was on vacation. Then I went to another 7-11 an was treated very nicely. Never again S. Battlefield Blvd 7-11! That was a very upsetting confrontation. I don't go where I'm in fear of an employee! Followup: returned to talk to the manager and found that she is a " push over" an infective to my complaint. That's why they're have so many problems at this store I'm certain.
