Great food, great atmosphere amazing food. Nice little local spot. Wish we had visited sooner, might be our new go to place. Had onion rings, French dip and both were really excellent.

This food was REALLY good! Crab cakes were so BOMB! You gottta come try the crab cakes. Simple recipes are always best! The rockfish over pasta special was filling yet lite and so flavorful. Cheers to the chef! The homemade pistachio dessert…..GEEZ!!!!! So good. And the server we had was THE BEST!!!!! She made the whole first experience of Winston’s Cafe extremely memorable! We will always come here when we’re in Norfolk.

Nice find on Google. Kinda' that everybody knows your name place. Christine was great, had the steamed shrimp and onion rings with a side salad. Didn't mind the price as the food was well prepared and fresh.

This was my first time here and I had such a pleasant experience here. Crab dip was VERY good. The homemade potato salad stole the show - literally the best I’ve ever tasted. And then the cobbler was superb. There is nothing this place can improve on they are doing it perfectly. Thank you.

First time here in years. I just never think of it as a option in greenbrier for some reason. I came in and was immediately greeted warmly by my server, Casey. It's basically a old bar but it's been kept up decently. I ordered the French dip. Can not say enough how amazing it is. They make it on-site and it taste that way!! From the meat itself to the aus ju. GO GET IT !!!

I’ve been here a handful of times now and I really enjoy it. The food is good and the staff are friendly, and helpful. Sometimes the portions change a little but it happens. It’s a great lunch spot.

My family has been coming here for years when they were under the previous ownership, but we came today because it’s a family favorite and this place never disappoints. They have a $.79 wing deal and it’s great and available everyday at happy hour from 3-7pm. Also their Mac and cheese is delicious! It’s always made to order, creamy, and fresh! Overall a great restaurant to visit with friends or family
