Can someone please explain to me how both of these are mediums? I mentioned it to the person at the drive through and he literally said it’s because it’s iced coffee… umm what.. they are both iced coffee. Literally rip people off and have employees that just close the window when you try to talk to them.. not acceptable.

Ordered a McDouble no ketchup from mobile app, ketchup was scraped off, still soaked in bun. So I went in to get it replaced. Exact same thing except this one the only other condiments besides the ketchup soaked in bun that was scraped off, had ketchup soaked picked and ketchup soaked onions. Already complained once so I just took it home to add a bunch of mustard to try to drown out ketchup that was scraped off.

If you like sauce, come here.... bring your straw. Apparently, this specific location does not adhere to Mc Donalds profit and loss friendly serving suggestions to maximize profit, unless your odering a drink of course, then you'll get 2 tons of ice with a splash of beverage. No matter what you order, your sandwich will come swimming in whatever sauce comes on it, guaranteed.

Eat here frequently for lunch. This location is always quick with the order and pretty fresh fries which is a must with a McDonalds in my opinion. The burgers are good compared to some of the cold ones I have had at other locations. A gentleman named Vincent brings my order most of the time and he is a breath of fresh air compared to most service people these days!! Vincent is polite, caring, courteous, and efficient. When he is not busy he is always cleaning, mopping, sweeping or taking garbage out without being asked (I am in management - I watched). Great job Vincent!! I hope others follow your lead as the service industry in this country is in real trouble with the rude, lazy, not caring help most businesses are dealing with these days. It really is a shame that our next generations are not being taught the value of good work, manners and EARNING a paycheck. What a rude awakening they will have when they are on their own and booted from the nest 😒

Sitting at the drive through speaker only one in line the attendant told us she needed a couple minutes then proceeded to help cars that were arriving into the other line before helping us. Keep in mind these cars she was helping were not there when I first pulled up to the speaker. We finally get to place an order. We get our food and the order is incorrect.

Extremely rude, unprofessional people work her. We did the drive thru. The lady at the menu kept saying “pull ahead” after every item we said even though we weren’t done ordering. It seemed like she just wanted to be done taking our order. When got to the pay window she didn’t even tell us how much we owed. Just stuck out her hand. Didn’t offer a receipt and then went back to eating fries. Didn’t say a word to us. When we pulled to the food window we were handed a bag of food and our drinks. We checked our food and we were missing items, thankfully we hadn’t pulled away, so we asked for the rest of the food we payed for. We had asked for a bottle of water and we got a glass of water, not a big deal but when we asked for our bottle of water instead of the glass, she took the glass back and didn’t apologize or anything and just told us what more we owed for the bottle of water. We just said forget it and left. I realize this is a fast food restaurant but what an awful experience. We will not be back to this location.

I asked for a big breakfast and they failed to include my pancakes the food was cold they always seem to get my orders wrong didn’t even include the jam I specifically asked for not to mention every time I prefer from this specific location my food is always half cooked this is why the next time I’ll be getting my food somewhere else it’s always a problem at this location
