This Popeyes has the best Chicken Sandwich. I have gone through the driveway several times. Even though at times when the line was long and it was over 90 degrees plus outside my Sandwich was wonderful. The first time I got a Chicken Sandwich God Bless the People who work here. Only 2 employees showed up for work and people were being rude and impatient with the one young man and woman who was there. The young man who took my order was asking people to be patient. I Thanked him for coming to work and made it a point to Give him a tip as he explained their was only two people who were working their butt off! My Sandwich was amazing and the chicken breast was over sized! I Have gotten several sandwiches since then and the Manager Precious is wonderful! The quality of the food remained consistent and so much so on one occasion I asked how many people were there that day and gave her a $20.00 Bill to be divided with her and the rest of the Team that day! The drive thru staff is always polite even though people blow the horn and the line is usually long. This Popeyes is clean inside on the one occasion I do go inside. I oreded extra pickle and it was put in a container. Wonderful hard working people at this location. I will miss them as we are moving to GASTONIA but will Make a point to drop by whenever I come in town to visit. Best chicken sandwich in town. The chicken is moist inside and golden brown outside and the buns are delicious. Well worth $4.99.

Walked in to order dinner for the family, drive thru was empty and no one was in the restaurant and it took over 15 minutes after paying for them to bag and give me my order. I must say one employee acknowledged my waiting time and gave me 2 apple pies for the wait. The supposedly manager just looked at me as if I wasn't even waiting for my order. The food was frah and hot I give them that.

Each time I come to visit in the great city of Charlotte I go to the competition to satisfy my hunger for chicken, that's not found up North. Man I was very disappointed and let down could not believe what I was eating, had to make an adjustment. I couldn't take it no longer Found this Popeyes and it hit the spot, restaurant was clean customer service great and most of all the chicken was fantastic that's the way we like it... Big big shot out to Shantee...great customer service
