Nuggets are always great but if u ask for tea. Ask for extra ice n sugar or u get a cup of tea no ice makes the cup flemsey and u just gotta ask for sugar or it'll be sugarless

It is interesting in todays fast paced Food Environment that Chick-fil-A “Gets It”! The Company uses a very Old Philosophy of Servicing The Customer, maintaining a Clean environment and always doing the Right Thing! Shanetta and Mr. Edward are always SUCH IMMACULATE WORKERS. The services were GREAT, the atmosphere is always awesome as well and they ALWAYS strive to better help their customers. I just know that every time I walk in and see those two my services are going to be served in the most up-kept way. If they weren’t already in a higher up position I would definitely recommend a higher pay. They deserve it!! Keep up the good work!

One of a very few locations within I277.
Small and busy, as inside the Hospital.
Parking can be tedious and very limited seating.
But this location is good for a grab n go for your Chick Fila fix

I had an excellent experience with the Manager Edward and his team. I had a catering order and they were awesome. Please visit them for your catering needs

This location was at atrium main and it was dirty very busy and not very well mapped out as to where and how to order and pick up food the staff was pleasant but once my order was taken out was over nobody checked to see if I had my food called my name or anything they just say bags on the counter I didn't get the condiments I asked for n food was ok fries were dry and not very warm chicken bites were on the great side but tasty could have been hotter

Pleasantly surprised! They employees there did a great job. The line was long for the drive thru so I went in. My order was ready in no time! I got the spicy chicken tenders meal with fries, and added a Mac and cheese. Everything was very good and served to me hot! Hats off to the staff!

Love this Chick-fil-A! My company uses them sometimes for catering lunch (8-22 sandwiches and waffle fries). They are always very accommodating, even when they're slammed, which is about every time I've been there.

The line is always crazy long at lunch, but the service is consistently very good and they work hard. The superfood side is my new favorite. Pricier than it should be @ $4 for a "large" depicted and $2.85 for a small, but when you have as few small plate vegetarian choices as they do, you compromise.
