Not bad, just nothing special. I do really like their online ordering app, very easy to using...even for a dummy like me. The drive thru window also very convenient.

Much love to the hut!! Placed an order while in route to deliver at a near by store. Young lady that took my order was great! Even offered a recommendation when I didnt feel like I had my order complete. Nacho-cajun fries!! Amazing!!
Great service , great food, need more establishments like this on my travels. Delivery driver even thought outside the truck is and grabbed me a couple plates and napkins, for the semi! Very happy with this location!! Thank you guys!!

No delivery to 4 mile radius!!!!! Please read all pictures and reviews. The senior general manager is telling me Google maps is wrong? Where did you get 12 mins? Worst part is, you can't even take any direction on that map and make 12 mins. Easy way to wave hand of don't want to deal with this. It says 7 mins. That's fine. Good job Zeppies pizza of Chardon. Thanks for the delivery. Pizza hut no longer will get my service.
It's sad that I'm literally 4 miles from your store, 6 min drive, the lady on phone tells me, we don't do delivery to Clark rd in Chardon. Are you kidding me? What is the point of delivery then? I'm not 15 miles away.

My food was great. I never click the best rating for any review. Had a good tell me one time if you got the top then there is never any room to get better

Fast and delicious and order correctness. The staff is courteous. However, I did have a problem trying to sign onto the website and order so I would get my points. It kept saying my email and password were incorrect. So I lost those points I guess.

Improve upon the quality of your product. Retrain staff to correctly prepare and stretch dough, re training to improve saucing and cheesing of pizzas. Relearn to distribute accurate quantity of toppings.
If my employee made a pizza like the one I received today, they would be re trained and/or let go

Called in my order and the person was no help at all. Terrible communication skills and I ended up taking my money somewhere else. I’ve been going here for 15 years and I’ve never had a problem this bad there.

Chardon pizza hut employees are always so friendly and willing to accommodate some difficult orders. Prices are reasonable too!
