Subway

I have bought Sandwiches at Chardon Walmart Subway at least a couple times a month for over 3 years. Today I bought 3 small and 3 large subs. The counter girl was courteous and very knowledgeable. I gave her a $10 tip she did not put in the tip jar, seemed like she was only one working. When we began eating our lunch, I realized she had mistakenly put some kind of Southwestern Sauce on our Subs instead of Mayo.When I called to see what had happened, she got belligerent and started barking at me, that Mayo at Subway has always had spices in it, and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Enough said, I will not go back to that Subway again. I hope the owner sees this and takes action. This young woman has no future working with the public.

I ordered this sandwich off doordash, so it was pretty expensive. 27$. The sandwich was still sealed in the bag so I know the person delivering it couldn’t have touched it. And this is what it looks like. Like someone stepped on it and wiped themselves with the bag. I brought the sand which into the store and they wouldn’t remake my sandwich or even offer anything in compensation. This subway is horrible and I will never be coming back to this one again.

The "manager" was incredibly rude, a new girl was trying to take my order while another single customer came in behind us, she loudly talked over me trying to place my order to the new customer. Then proceeded to rush around the new worker making the other customers sandwich first and bustling him before me to pay first. I gave her a look and asked if she was serious, all she said was "whatever" with an eye roll... I asked for the manager and she proudly claimed it was her, when I asked for her name she told me she wasn't obligated to say and just walked into the back room leaving the new girl stunned and uncomfortable.... Also said it was policy to serve customers as fast as possible, even if that meant just cutting other people?? What's going on??

The last time I was there I spent 25 minutes and I was the second person in line. I ordered steak sandwiches and the person that help me ended Slicing both sides of the bread instead of one side. Then when she knew she messed up, she still continued like there's nothing wrong. When I took my sandwich home, everything fell apart and was too angry to eat it. The Worse subway I been in. Do not go to this subway.
