Centerville location going downhill... fast. Extremely disappointed and grossed out with service the past few times I've been to this location. The first couple of times I thought, "Maybe they just have some new hires, it's really not that big of a deal." However, now I am convinced it must be a management problem, as the service has consistently been declining, and is now not acceptable at all. I ordered an online order of a roll, and it came like this (see picture below). There was even a hair pressed into the rice. I will not be eating from this location ever again. The Fairfield and Brown St. locations are much, much better and actually worth the 10 bucks for a roll. I suggest you save your money at the Centerville location and take the few extra minutes to go to a different location in the area. Or just skip this chain entirely and go to Kroger for their sushi. Really unfortunate as this used to be my favorite location.

I've been coming here for years. I ordered pick up for the first time today as I usually go in to order. My roll was made with seaweed instead of the soy wrap I had ordered. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and made it right. I've never had any other issues with orders here, the food is always great, highly recommend.

DO NOT DOOR DASH FROM THEM. We absolutely LOVE Fusian and will continue to eat from there. HOWEVER, EVERY SINGLE TIME we order through doordash, they ALWAYS mess up in one way or another. This happens to us so much that I know I cannot be the only ones this happens to. We have complained before and they promised to make it better. But no improvement. They rush through online orders. I get a few times messing up, but come on, every single time?? Its not hard to read those order tickets. Getting too frustrating.
