What is better than an early morning coffee and breakfast sandwich overlooking the ocean? And no ordinary sandwich either. We’ve been coming here for years and love the egg and bacon on English muffin sandwich. This morning, our sandwich was big enough for 2, with crispy bacon served, piping hot. Our server was gracious, welcoming, and efficient. She anticipated our needs and has the breakfast sandwich cut in half served on separate plates. Cool breeze, beautiful view, easy parking. This eatery and the surrounding area is timeless. Has not changed in the 45 years I’ve been coming. And because of its timelessness I experience the fullness of it all and a calm sense of being at home. Give it a try.

French fries are amazing. Burger was crafted very well. My sister had the lobster roll and it was delicious! Service was excellent. Staff is great and very understanding. Handles the rush very well. Very efficient crew! Will be back soon.

Great service, really busy, but the staff handled it amazingly. Had an amazing hotdog, buns were grilled perfectly. The food was perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere was great.

Great Food, easy to walk arosss from the beach. Staff is nice, though they are young. Lobster roll is the best guality I've had in some time. Big chunks of meat. My wife had the hamburger and the patty was well cooked and the meat was also high quality. Lastly try the ice cream.

Their New England clam chowder was delicious (and also gluten free!). It’s definitely more expensive than other food spots and has mostly basic fried stuff on the menu. But if you need something quick near the beach this will do.

Perfect cape experience, clam shack, across from a large beach, outdoor dining on the sand, large lobster and scallop rolls. The Barnacle ticks all the boxes, so be sure to check it out if you go to Craigsville beach.
