Their food's not bad but if they keep their employees in line and stop playing around you wanna be 2nd guess your food when you get it..look at it closely.

Went though the drive thru last night 2/1/2022 when a female stated they were having register issues. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Ashame what 1 miserable employee can do. The time was about 2045. If I could give this employee a negative view I definitely would.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too and the management is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with they need to leave their Getto attitude at home and know how to separate it from work they are definitely overpaid at this McDonald's

They're lucky they got 1 star. This McDonald's is the worst for service .... bar none. I just paid for.2 hamburgers that I didn't get. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night. They NEVER EVER get my order right. Especially the drive thru, they're the worst for leaving things off of your order. I'll never go to this McDonald's again. Whoever owns these should pay more attention to how his employees are treating customers. Update 6/8/22 Nothing has changed. Still terrible service.This time they gave my food to the car ahead of me. I had to wait 10 minutes while they remade my order.

Per usually went through the drive thru to get my morning ice coffee. The line was long with a long wait, only one window was open, understandable as maybe they are short staffed. When I pulled up and attempted to give my coupon code, I was scolded by what seemed to be a manger (older lady, light hair) she said "look this is why you give the code when you order" I'm not saying that she was wrong, I should have payed more attention to the signs and gave the code earlier. Her approach was horrible, I'm not a child. My coffee was made wrong the first time, they didn't remake it they just added to it. When she handed me the coffee, I asked for ice in my ICE coffee, as I'm assuming it melted while waiting. She was clearly annoyed and overwhelmed. She added little ice to my cup with a broken lid, which she notice and still didn't replace and handed me my soggy straw. I always pay with my ApplePay, which seemed to be an inconvenience to her when I payed. I understand the world is short staffed, but the kindness works both ways. I made the choice to be kind and not bite back, but do better!

I was asked to pull up and wait for a cup of water at parking space 2 the person missed adding. I asked again for the cup of water and the person refused and told me to pull up again. I had my sandwich. I asked a 3rd time and was refused. I left. Who does that? I left drinkless. Canton South McDonalds, you gave me something to talk and laugh about for weeks!
