They NEVER get the order right. I treat my son to a happy meal after his tumble class and this location is most convenient but the service is horrible. I ordered cheeseburgers with only ketchup, nope, got it loaded. My son wanted the extra fries with his happy meal, they didn’t give him any. Seriously, management, get on this, please.

I stopped going to this McDonalds when I saw the filthy kitchen floor, Fries etc. all over it. When I went to get napkins, straws & soda, I got ketchup all over my fingers from dirty counter & dispenser. Ketchup drippings everywhere. Filthy uncleaned tables. Dirty dining room floor. Fast service, that is a bunch of B.S. Had to wait 20 min. after my order. Flies on my table. I will never eat at this place again. The board of health should shut this place down for good.

If a zero star review was possible this establishment would deserve it. They are under staffed, managers must not care enough to staff it. The employees could not be less qualified. The old saying of if you can't put the pickle on the burger you can't even work at mcdonalds, sheds a lot of light on this dump. The owner should be embarrassed, corporate should be ashamed, and the staff should be replaced with trained staff. They expect you to pull out of the drive through so they can keep the waiting time down for others and you wait 20 minutes outside with no communication as customer after customer pass through. All for the worst 15 bucks you can spend on a meal. We wont be back, ever.

honestly the worst mcdonald’s ever. i’m not one of those people to complain, they mess up my order regularly but not enough for me to go back. today i went in and spoke to a manger who made me wait over 10 minutes for her to find my order because they didn’t give me a receipt. then two women came in after waiting over 20+ minutes in the drive through and the manager started arguing with them. it turned into a screaming match - super embarrassing for the manager. they asked for a refund and the manager tossed the receipt at her and said to contact costumer support and refused to give them their food. it was just really sad seeing ot happen and that the other employees allowed the manger to speak to customers that way. just find another job if you hate yours❤️

How do you not have burgers or chicken nuggets only available thing is mcchickens Every time someone has to make it slow food service seeing if you don’t check for what you order than you will have to drive back to go in person anyway! Other places at least don’t mess up as often! I mean it’s your job to be able to read slips and make what it says! So sad
