The burgers and shakes are good. The service was great. I had the spicy Thai shrimp burger, it wasn't spicy, but it was pretty good. The haystack burger was also good. My son had the grilled cheese and certainly approved! The strawberry banana shake was excellent, the chocolate peanut butter shake was OK.

3 people eating dinner with 3 milkshakes, burgers and fries. $56 We loved the burgers, we all had something different so we can say we tried a variety, one bacon, one cheese and one chicken burger. All the shakes were tasty; We had 3 different flavors as well, Oreo cookies, chocolate hazelnut and strawberry shortcake. The wrong part -that’s why I give them 2 stars- was on that evening when we got home around 2 hours after we ate here, me and my daughter got sick, I am editing this review to add that it has been 3 days my daughter sick, with upset stomach, nausea and diarrhea. I’m sorry to be so explicit here, but I need to warn the people trying to come here to eat, I got sick two days, I got migraines from a bad stomach upset and nausea and I felt so weak and so sick. My other daughter was fine, but the only difference is that me and my daughter who got sick we both had the strawberry shake -I tried her flavor- and we both had lettuce on the burger. My other daughter didn’t do this two things and she wasn’t sick. So we can get to the conclusion it was something bad or rotten or whatever inside the strawberry shake or the lettuce wasn’t washed well, the point is we won’t come back even if they give us a free dinner :( we are scared to eat here again, too bad because the food was tasty. 😞 but at no cost I want food poisoning.

I genuinely can’t comprehend some of these negative reviews, especially the ones negatively calling out employees. The nonsense workers deal with on a constant from customers is insane! They are people and do not deserve to be treated as less! With that being said, the food is AMAZING!! My husband and I come here quite often. The burgers are delicious and the fries are equally delicious!!! Today I got the chicken fajita burger was perfection!! As soon as I opened it the smell of fajitas immediately made my mouth water!! Finally, the staff were all amazing!!! There are plenty of young people working various places that greet you with attitudes. Not here!! They are attentive, welcoming, and just overall sweet people!! If the prices overwhelm you, please consider that McDonald’s charges $10plus for a large Big Mac meal, made by careless rude people, and terrible quality.

The kids and I gets separate meals everytime. During this time, my teen wanted Burger 21. Look at how they serve to go orders for the fries. I paid full price but they only gave us half cup🙄 they used to overfill it. Guys, pls check the quality of your carryout service. It’s very disappointing to see this when we got home. My order wasn’t ready as well when i arrived.(that was over 20mins after I called.

Staff was nice, Location was clean. Bathroom was clean and had a changing table - plus a sit for a child to sit while they wait for the parent. Music was too low - i could hear every conversation in that restaurant. Food was good -could be better. Shake was tasty, not overly sweet. Abit overpriced but understandable considering the area. They accept Cash, Card and virtual payments like Google/Apple/Samsung Pay Overall i would come back and would recommend.

Love this place! My daughter and I came here in May 2020, but this time it was me and my honey. Still great with great customer service. I had the Thai Shrimp burger- if you don't like hot, don't get it. So good! My honey had the Tex Mex - really good. The Strawberry shortcake milkshake? Get it. Really good alternative to the boring burger.

Burger 21 is a great place for a good burger, milkshake and fries. Isn't that what America founded on? This location is usually really busy so I've often placed orders to go (online, of course). They have a variety of burgers, hot dogs, and a few salads. I particularly enjoy their cheesy burger and sliders, fries with extra seasoning, and a few shake/float options. Every month is something new with this guy, so check to see what the new flavor and burger of the month. And enjoy!<br/>

Yum-o. Generally, I don't head straight for the new burger joint in town but was excited about Burger 21 because of the interesting menu. My current favorite (which I see changing often) is the Cobb Turkey Burger. The combination of blue cheese, bacon and avocado dressing is just toooo good. I have tasted (I have rule against ordering milkshakes) the bananas foster, chocolate malt and cookies and cream--none of them disappoint! The staff is friendly and if my dog behaved then I would bring him and sit on the patio!

The burgers have zero flavor. I ordered mine med well, and got rare. Never mind the 2 ounces of fat juice that drained from it before i even bit into it. The response when I complained was. "I'm sorry, that happens sometimes...we can slap it back on the flat top" What?? It's a burger place, you need to know the difference between med well and rare. Five guys will still be our go to for our burger hankerings. Not impressed with the under flavored, very over priced burgers. Thumbs down.

Great Burgers and Shakes!. I've now have been to Burger 21 several times in the last two weeks. The food is amazing, I can't get enough of the wide selection of burgers. The burgers are juicy and can be made any way you like, including a gluten free bun. The milk shakes from the shake bar are so good. The staff and management team are very attentive and have checked with our table making sure the food was right and if we needed anything else. Open layout and modern design of the restaurant and patio makes it great for a family meal, date, or catching up with friends.

Burger 21 had been mentioned to me by several different folks – one day I even found a newspaper article about it in my inbox when I got to the office – over the last couple of weeks, but no one had been there yet.  Today I went to see what they were talking about.  As a new entrant to the Atlanta burger scene (they opened on July 21 – a little over a month ago), this is the first Georgia location for this Florida- based chain (owned by the Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc).  But they’re looking to grow – there’s even information on how to become a franchisee on the cups. It’s the kind of place where you step up to the counter, place your order, they give you a number, you take a seat and they deliver your food. WOW!! Great New Restaurant In Town!!. WOW!! I've been to Burger 21 several times in the last few weeks and it is AMAZING! From the time you walk in the front door you are greeted with friendly smiling faces and the service has been GREAT! The food is prepared per order and has been perfect every time. Even able to dine outside on the patio area and still get perfect service from staff! I would recommend Burger 21 to everyone and especially if you are Gluten FREE because they also cater to you too! AND they have the absolute BEST milk shakes around! We will continue to be loyal customers!! Thank you for bring Burger 21 to Mall of Georgia area!

LOVE!!. I love this place! The location is impressive and the decor is nice...I like to think of it as upscale for a "burger joint". The customer service is outstanding and the food...DELICIOUS! My burger was juicy and fresh. The fries are a must have and you have to sample the sauce/topping bar...amazing! If you like bananas foster, you can't leave without trying the bananas foster milkshake! Amazing!

Continues to impress. This place continues to get better! My family and I have been many times since the opening roughly a month ago. I'm a creature of habit but I find myself ordering something new each time and have not been let down. The food is fresh, the flavors are unique and the milkshakes, oh boy. We have young kids (picky eaters) and they have cleaned their plates each time, which makes the rare times we get to out all the more enjoyable. Buford is definitely lucky to have Burger 21.

Love, love, love this place!. I have eaten here several times since they opened about a month ago and LOVE it (wait, did I say that already??) Burgers are delicious, with enough of a variety that it's sometimes too hard to decide. I've tried a couple of the beef burgers (black and blue...and oh.my.goodness, the Tex Mex Haystack), the turkey skinny, spicy Thai shrimp, and this month's burger of the month...monterey chicken. That has got to be my favorite so far! Even tried it the next time with a beef burger instead of the chicken...I may even like that better. They are totally accommodating in making any changes to your burger that you want. Just make sure you get extra napkins...they are big and juicy, delicious and loaded with fresh toppings.<br/><br/>My niece got a hot dog and gave me a bite...LOVE the bun. It's like Texas toast that's been grilled. So good! I've tried a couple of the salads too...very fresh. OH wait, and then there's the fries (sweet potato with the apple cider sauce is uh-mazing!) and milk shakes (creme brulee...to.die.for)<br/><br/>Yes, I've eaten there quite a few times! It's a great place to go with friends...and all of my friends love it too! I will say they've made a couple of mistakes, you have to expect that with a brand new restaurant...but they will bend over backwards to make it right and make sure you leave full and happy. The servers are attentive and the managers make it a point to come around and check on you, which is nice. Very friendly.<br/><br/>I just can't say enough about this new place. It's still crazy busy sometimes...because it's so new. I definitely have a new fave!

Perfection!. I am not a burger girl by any means. During cookouts, I groan when I know burgers will be served. But Burger 21 has a unique and delicious spin on the typical hamburger. I absolutely LOVE the quality of meat served and the variety of selection they have. Their fries are perfect, and I love the variety of sauces they have! <br/><br/>I have celiac disease, and they have a gluten free menu that is just as tasty as the original. The gluten free buns they use are the best I have ever tasted! They also take special precautions to ensure that my food is not cross-contaminated, which many restaurants won't take the time to do.<br/><br/>On top of their fantastic food, their service is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, smiles, and offers any kind of help they can to ensure that your dining service is the best it can be. <br/><br/>I love this place, and I eat here every week! I would recommend it to everyone!

Great food & shakes!. Have been here several times and tried both beef and chicken burgers as well as the chicken fingers. Love everything that I have had!! Big fan of the sweet potato fries and the Apple Cider dipping sauce. If you just want a sweet treat, be sure and go by and try a shake! Everyone I have tried has been delicious! I have recommended to many people. Be sure and give them a try!

Another overpriced, over hyped Burger joint. Food was marginal at best. 2 cheeseburgers no frills, chik finger basket with 2 drinks and 1 fry...was $28. We were never asked how burger was to be prepared, so it came out very rare, and bleeding....servers were VERY NICE AND POLITE, only upside to this visit. I'll NEVER go back!!! Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me!!
