The burgers and shakes are good. The service was great. I had the spicy Thai shrimp burger, it wasn't spicy, but it was pretty good. The haystack burger was also good. My son had the grilled cheese and certainly approved! The strawberry banana shake was excellent, the chocolate peanut butter shake was OK.

3 people eating dinner with 3 milkshakes, burgers and fries. $56 We loved the burgers, we all had something different so we can say we tried a variety, one bacon, one cheese and one chicken burger. All the shakes were tasty; We had 3 different flavors as well, Oreo cookies, chocolate hazelnut and strawberry shortcake. The wrong part -that’s why I give them 2 stars- was on that evening when we got home around 2 hours after we ate here, me and my daughter got sick, I am editing this review to add that it has been 3 days my daughter sick, with upset stomach, nausea and diarrhea. I’m sorry to be so explicit here, but I need to warn the people trying to come here to eat, I got sick two days, I got migraines from a bad stomach upset and nausea and I felt so weak and so sick. My other daughter was fine, but the only difference is that me and my daughter who got sick we both had the strawberry shake -I tried her flavor- and we both had lettuce on the burger. My other daughter didn’t do this two things and she wasn’t sick. So we can get to the conclusion it was something bad or rotten or whatever inside the strawberry shake or the lettuce wasn’t washed well, the point is we won’t come back even if they give us a free dinner :( we are scared to eat here again, too bad because the food was tasty. 😞 but at no cost I want food poisoning.

Love this place! My daughter and I came here in May 2020, but this time it was me and my honey. Still great with great customer service. I had the Thai Shrimp burger- if you don't like hot, don't get it. So good! My honey had the Tex Mex - really good. The Strawberry shortcake milkshake? Get it. Really good alternative to the boring burger.

I genuinely can’t comprehend some of these negative reviews, especially the ones negatively calling out employees. The nonsense workers deal with on a constant from customers is insane! They are people and do not deserve to be treated as less! With that being said, the food is AMAZING!! My husband and I come here quite often. The burgers are delicious and the fries are equally delicious!!! Today I got the chicken fajita burger was perfection!! As soon as I opened it the smell of fajitas immediately made my mouth water!! Finally, the staff were all amazing!!! There are plenty of young people working various places that greet you with attitudes. Not here!! They are attentive, welcoming, and just overall sweet people!! If the prices overwhelm you, please consider that McDonald’s charges $10plus for a large Big Mac meal, made by careless rude people, and terrible quality.

Staff was nice, Location was clean. Bathroom was clean and had a changing table - plus a sit for a child to sit while they wait for the parent. Music was too low - i could hear every conversation in that restaurant. Food was good -could be better. Shake was tasty, not overly sweet. Abit overpriced but understandable considering the area. They accept Cash, Card and virtual payments like Google/Apple/Samsung Pay Overall i would come back and would recommend.

The kids and I gets separate meals everytime. During this time, my teen wanted Burger 21. Look at how they serve to go orders for the fries. I paid full price but they only gave us half cup🙄 they used to overfill it. Guys, pls check the quality of your carryout service. It’s very disappointing to see this when we got home. My order wasn’t ready as well when i arrived.(that was over 20mins after I called.
