I absolutely love George's! I found it during the pandemic when they had to move dining outdoors to stay open. I appreciate the mom and pop vibe. The food is always consistently good. It can be very busy during weekend breakfast and brunch. Since there is limited seating you may have to wait. Which is never and issue for me. I would say it's the hidden gem of the neighborhood. Also, service is friendly and efficient.

I’ve been coming here for years. Since the eighties, in fact and this is the first time I thought to leave a review. I love the food and service here. Family oriented and wholesome. I come for Mr salmon salad and I’m good. For give the pic. I ate half my meal before I realized that I didn’t take a picture. Trust me, it’s very good! Highly recommend!

My partner loves their corn muffins, I love their BLT. I’ve been there many times and they don’t disappoint. Space is medium-small so it might take a while to get seated on a weekend. The waiters and waitress are super hardworking and nice. Very cozy brunch place. If you need food to go, just order at the counter on the right.

YOU MUST GO HERE! We visited from the uk and stayed in Brooklyn for three days and some locales recommended George’s. We loved it so much that we went for breakfast on all three mornings of our visit. It is always busy and sometimes you have to wait for a table (especially at the weekends). It it is well worth it. The menu is extensive with traditional New York style breakfast, the food is tasty, portions are massive and the prices is very reasonable. However the places biggest asset is the staff, extremely friendly and accommodating. I cannot rate George’s highly enough!

We like this diner a lot. The service is good and the food is really really good. We had the Belgian waffle, scrambled eggs with Canadian bacon, an arugula bacon omelette and coffee. The waffle is delicious and has a perfect texture. The omelette was well cooked and had plenty of bacon. The home fries that come with the eggs are very yummy too. We devoured everything we could and took the rest home.

First time visit here , I take look at neighborhood ,we were really intrigued by the fact that this place has been open since 1956; the food's gotta be good ! friends and I went here on a and we were looking for some good hearty food. The place is not huge and was full -good sign ,but we got a table without much of a wait. The staff is so friendly and quick and helpful. They was ask me why take a lots of picture’s .They cleared a table for us in no time and had waters on the table before we were even done taking off our coats. The menu has a great selection for breakfast, brunch , lunch and dinner. I ordered add a soup , Brooklyn burger, all and any different more of our food was delicious and is recommended. The people next to us got hamburgers which also looked delicious. We might be trying that next time. The place was clean, service was great and the prices were super reasonable. Great, typical diners Food comes out quickly and is priced fairly. They make great burger and over there. They do take cards and also offer delivery. Nice dedicated pictures .No WiFi . Parking easy.
