Crisp

The absolute worst. Placed order through seamless, never delivered, fighting to get cancelled for 5 days to get my money back, manager just called me up cursing at me. Will never order from here again, disputing charge. Terrible Food Even Worse Service! Here are some more details... Placed an order through seamless, the restaurant "never got the order" but they made sure to charge my card. I called up after an hour asking about my order status which is when i was told their printer was broken. At that point they told me it was to late for them to deliver my order so i should call seamless to cancel my order. I did and after 5 days seamless says they need the restaurant to verify that the order was not delivered and they must speak to the delivery man. I then call crisp to ask to speak to a manager or someone who can help, i was told to call back in 5 min and exclaim jesus christ then hung up. 2 Min later the manager calls me up cursing. Never order from here, horrible food even worse service.

I've ordered Crisp a few times. It's that Stockholm that makes me return :P. As a fast food restaurant their prices are a little steep for the sub par items they are dishing out. I've ordered burgers, sandwiches and salads. I have yet to bite into something and say ahh, this is delicious. The steak salad I ordered, well, the steak was chewy and cheap. There was more fat than steak on there. The veggies were fresh. The burger buns, by the time they were delivered were soggy and inedible. The burgers lacked flavor and are usually over cooked. The actual restaurant is nice and the employees are OK but all that aside they better up their game with The Canteen having opened a block away setting the standard for fast food in that area to a higher degree.

Bad news! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Your order will be delivered 2 hours later (if you're lucky) and half the stuff you ordered will be missing from the bag, and everything else will be mixed up! Very overpriced as well, Nd they can't even manage to get an order straight! One time is understandable, but every time means they're unprofessional and couldnt care less about their customers!
