Smashburger

We went for National Cheeseburger Day, they didn't have a deal going on to celebrate it but if you download the app you could get a free burger with the purchase of a side and drink. I had the truffle mushroom burger which was great. I could hold it in one hand which I love. It's not a huge burger but ample. There are choices for the patty, beef, chicken or black bean. The service was friendly. They ran out of beef burgers not anticipating the cheeseburger day. I'd go back. Prices are reasonable and the beef patties are never frozen. Oh and the fried pickles!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. I ordered the new triple double which is supposed to contain twice the beef and triple the cheese of the classic smash burger. When my burger arrived it was literally one classic smash patty torn in half. I approached the server and asked her to rectify the situation but she told me that the half a patty I showed her was in fact a 5 oz classic smash patty. I then brought up a classic smash patty someone else in my party ordered and compared the two. My patty was clearly half the size and she now admitted it but stated that i misheard her and that the new triple double is actually two 2.5 oz pattys. They still refused to rectify the situation which is straight up robbery. I never received what was paid for. On top of that after ordering I couldn't even find a table to sit at as most of the tables all contained food scraps scattered about them.

Stopped in here before the new Spider-Man movie to get a bite to eat and truly loved what I got. It was a simple burger with cheese and fries. And I have to say it really satisfied me, I loved the food and I honestly forgot how good smash burger is. The one in TR closed so, guess I will be coming back to brick every once and while to get some great food!

We often go somewhere else but needed a quick bite so my college freshman son could study for his last final exam. All we ordered was a Classic Double (with no cheese, no smash sauce) and a Classic Smash single, plus fries for Check #30086. I appreciate the hard work (I work in F&B industry too) but both orders were completely transposed with ingredients. My youngest has a cheese/dairy allergy. Please try harder the next time, we live so close by your Brick store. (Extra star because Brittany was very polite.)

So when i first tried Smashburger, i fell in love with the brussel sprouts! So crispy and delicious. I make a point to always order them, the burgers are usually great though sometimes a little greasy. This time around I felt like the avocado was limited on the avocado club burger. Also the brussel sprouts used to come in a cup I believe but I had gotten them in a fry container and it was a little messy. But very convenient location with good parking and friendly & fast service.

Ordered on DoorDash for a simple guilty pleasure for my birthday with my wife and child. Order came missing my wife’s chicken sandwich and my child’s chicken meal (kids really love not having dinner when they are hungry and have to wait for you to make something else). Aside from the screaming what did come was absolutely burned to a crisp and looked like it was prepared by someone who cares absolutely 0 about their job and the company. Everything was badly wrong. The fries and tots were everywhere in the bag and were cold, not crispy, and completely soggy. I understand this is fast food but it was $78 Door dash gave us back $30. So we gave $40 and an $8 tip on my birthday to have the worst meal in recent memory. What a great country to live in. Never again.

I got to say I'm really impressed with this location & the Smash Burger chain. Great affordable prices with plenty of variety of choices of burger, vegetarian, turkey, & chicken options for the main proteins. My favorite burger & crispy chicken is the mushroom truffle swiss, Which is divine with that truffle mayo. The burger of the month atm which is the french onion is definitely well worth the $4 price. The smash fries pack a lot of flavor & are cook to perfection. I also enjoy a nice Chocolate Haagen Dazs milkshake for a cool $4ish price point which is indeed worth the sweet chocolatey goodness. The service & execution is 100% there from the Brick location, They deliver a constant consistency of flavor. The meat they use is quite gamey but I'm quite fond of their beef quality & is definitely better than a BK or MD burger. Glad to see Smash Burger going on the up & up & smashing the competition.
