It's not that the staff doesn't deserve 5 stars here - they absolutely do! Manhattan bagels as a franchise is only really seeking out to be a consistent 3 star style restaurant. So this is a compliment. They're accomplishing exactly what they sought out to do. Make a beautiful breakfast spot that is functional. And provide the public with generic - bland acceptable commercial breakfast.

Very disappointed yet again Manhattan Bagel. We wanted to try something new and ordered 2 of the Farmhouse Breakfast Sandwiches. It was okay that you were out of the hashbrown roll. We were fine with having it on a bagel. What's not okay is that we were missing bacon and the cream cheese as well.... We were over charged for a ham, egg and cheese on a bagel and it was mediocre at best.

The service is okay at best, but my order is repeatedly messed up. Why would you have someone that doesn't have a complete grasp of English at the order station? I'm happy to see the diversity, but please make sure that the person taking orders can understand them... why would anyone put vegetable cream cheese on super cinnamon bagels?!?

Not sure about the prices. They have egg bagels, cinnamon raisin, plain and many other kinds of bagels. A big selection of muffins also are available such as double chocolate and corn muffins. The muffins are very good.

I've been going here for 21 years and they are the Best Manhattan Bagel in this area.
It was the same family owners for the entire 20 years up until recently. They have new owners now but he owns other Manhattan Bagels in our area and is definitely up keeping the high standards that
"Brick Manhattan" has always had and that's why they are always packed in there! Lol ❤

Excellent all around; superior customer service, outstanding House Blend coffee (my favorite), and top notch bagels. Just wish it was a bit less pricey, and I would come a lot more often. Two bagels with butter and an XL coffee will set you back over 7 bucks.
