Wendy's

Atypical with most drive-through , the audio on this system is clear and easy to understand. However, that did not help them get the order straight. I seldom get through a Wendy's drive-up without at least one item being slightly different than ordered or completely wrong, and the tradition remains unbroken. In this case it was missing bacon from the Junior Baconator.

Went to get dinner as my power was out and the hours said they were open. Got there and not a single car in the lot. Went up the road to the sharonville Wendy's and got a meal there. This is not the first time they haven't been opened when you might expect them to be. Also their dining room has been closed for years without any signs indicating as such. Serious issues here.

I don't see how they guarantee hot and crispy fries. Our fries were very soft and not even close to warm. Also, I ordered my daughter a 4 for 4. She received 3 nuggets instead of 4. I heard some yelling going on about fries between the employees. My guess is one of them is saying they shouldn't hand out those fries while the other wants to hand out the old fries to move the line in drive thru since it was backed up. This is one of the worst locations I've been to in a while and will not be back to this location.

I work at the office park next door and have nade the mistake of going to this Wendy's a few times because of wanting a quick bite on busy days. It's never good. Will be my last time. Don't put yourself through the annoyance. Waited 12 minutes to get cold nuggets with no sauce and a cold spicy chicken sandwich. I'm not talking a little cold. I'm talking disgusting. Like didn't eat anyy of it. Pathetic.

It’s hard to get food through the drive through during my 30 minute break when it takes 20 minutes! Watch out Wendy’s, CHICK FIL A moved into town any they know how to operate a fast food place. They do more business in 6 days then you do in 10! Also what the heck is this I was served? I wanted a number 10!
