Mcdonald's

Very very very slow. Nobody was even at the front counter. Finally placed my order at the kiosk. Simple order that I figured would take 5min or less took 15. I also found it strange that they have stacks of cups next to the self serve drink section for people to just take what you ordered on the “honor system” but I saw 3 different young girls just grab a bunch, fill them up and boogie

I go to this restaurant a lot because of my kids, I can't seem to get plain burgers the majority of the time that I order them, even after waiting in spot 2 for 7 minutes. If you're throwing the burgers together per order, wouldn't it be easier and faster make a plain burger? I've been in the food service business for 35 years it seems simple enough to me

I have been going to this lovation for over 10yrs. This location has gone down hill quickly! The service is horrible! The young man taking my order and money was on his cell. I re-emphasized my order when he took my payment(NO CHEESE on my sandwich) It had cheese. He didn't enter it correctly nor did he bother to correct the situation. Told them at food pickup. Young lady said pull to slot#1 and we will bring it out. After 10mins I had to go in and. . . You guessed it. She didn't bother to have them remake my sandwich. The store menu sign was out,lobby looked disheveled and the drink station looked unclean. Very disappointing

I felt as if I had entered the twilight zone here. I attempted to order a big Mac with a few modifications. I literally had to repeat the order over a dozen times until she finally gave up and asked me to pull around to the window for my order. After arriving at the window I had a new person assisting. I then had to repeat my order 4 or 5 times before she claimed she had it right. I then requested verification of my order when asked for payment. She was not pleased and with a measure of smugness handed me the print out of my order and told me this is what I am getting. And guess what...it was wrong. I pulled over, went inside and asked to speak to the manager. As I am explaining the events her reaction is to tell me she wouldn't be yelled at. I in fact was not yelling. This mischaracterization was certainly the tone of my voice, oozing with frustration and quite terse, well deserved and justified frankly. If zero stars were an option I would have selected that. I should also add, I went to the McDonald's across from Kenwood Town Center. I made the exact same order with them. Took half the time and it was perfect!

Once again, we ordered Door Dash from the Hunt Rd McDonald's and once again our order was incorrect. THIS time, we ordered several breakfast sandwiches and they were all correct and delicious. However, we also ordered a Big Breakfast with Bacon and Hot Cakes from which we only received the syrup. Upon calling the store, we were told to mention this "the next time we visit" and they will replace the missing items. So, obviously, I mentioned that wouldn't help me now and I was told to contact Door Dash to place a new order and they would send it out for free. Well, a couple of problems with that scenario…one, it's now too close to the time when McDonald's switches over to lunch for me to get the breakfast order and two, Door Dash didn't bag up my order…McDonald's did. Unfortunately, the girl I was talking to (presumably a manager) hung up on me before I was able to place the blame on whoever bagged and checked my order. When I immediately called back to continue the conversation my call was unanswered after about thirty rings. Obviously caller ID and discourteous management were involved.

This place always has the drive thru line wrapped around the building, with one employee. This place sucks. I always get mad when I come here. This time I tried to go inside during normal hours and the doors were locked. When I got back in my car, I realized 7 people were just sitting there not moving AT ALL. Don’t expect much coming here!!! Go to the reading location !
