Subway

Frankly, I don't eat at Subway often but today I did because it was convenient as I ran my errands. Additionally, this location/business notwithstanding, it can be frustrating to get good consistent service due to the strain the pandemic has placed on staffing. That said, it was after lunch rush so I was able to get in & out quickly. It also allowed Subway Sandwich artist Hunter the time to create an exceptional masterpiece. Rather than tossing the ingredients onto the bread without regard to a balanced distribution, she took the time to ensure there were no flavor gaps. The end result was a sandwich that not only looked good but tasted great as well.

I made an order through the subway app, made it a meal, which includes a DRINK and a side (chips). I received my order (via DoorDash) with no drink. I paid the delivery fees, and added a tip. I called this location, and I was told there was nothing they could do, unless I wanted to come in and get a drink. Now if this was an option for me, I would not have ordered it for delivery! They have no issue taking your money, but refunding it or fulfilling your order is a whole different story! Also when asking for a manager, I was told they did not have one onsite. To be fair I did give them the option to refund or provide my drink, and should this not work for them, I would never order from this location again and social media would know about it. Terrible customer service. Period.

Only 1 star because I had to ... Completely disgusting and uncomfortable place to go get food between the hours of 3-7. The men who work those hours are disgusting (as in the way they handle and prepare food) and make uncomfortable comments to female costumers. Completely unprofessional as well. Myself and a few friends (who have went at different times) will not be returning any time soon.
