Frankly, I don't eat at Subway often but today I did because it was convenient as I ran my errands. Additionally, this location/business notwithstanding, it can be frustrating to get good consistent service due to the strain the pandemic has placed on staffing.
That said, it was after lunch rush so I was able to get in & out quickly. It also allowed Subway Sandwich artist Hunter the time to create an exceptional masterpiece. Rather than tossing the ingredients onto the bread without regard to a balanced distribution, she took the time to ensure there were no flavor gaps. The end result was a sandwich that not only looked good but tasted great as well.

I made an order through the subway app, made it a meal, which includes a DRINK and a side (chips). I received my order (via DoorDash) with no drink. I paid the delivery fees, and added a tip. I called this location, and I was told there was nothing they could do, unless I wanted to come in and get a drink. Now if this was an option for me, I would not have ordered it for delivery! They have no issue taking your money, but refunding it or fulfilling your order is a whole different story! Also when asking for a manager, I was told they did not have one onsite. To be fair I did give them the option to refund or provide my drink, and should this not work for them, I would never order from this location again and social media would know about it. Terrible customer service. Period.

Pick Order was not accessible via pick up tower.
Cold sandwich was set on the HOT oven to wait for pick up.
There were ingredents missing on the sandwich...didn't open the sandwich until I was back to work so could not correct.
Will not go back to this location.

Subway off kinser pk. Is okay just depends who you deal with everyone makes a sub differently for you. But most of the time its good and fresh they just need to be a bit more consistent

Quality service. They highly enforce masks if you’re into that, I don’t care for it, but the workers are very friendly and worked fast to get me through the line. Nothing exceptional, but one of the nicer subway experiences if that means anything.

Only 1 star because I had to ... Completely disgusting and uncomfortable place to go get food between the hours of 3-7. The men who work those hours are disgusting (as in the way they handle and prepare food) and make uncomfortable comments to female costumers. Completely unprofessional as well. Myself and a few friends (who have went at different times) will not be returning any time soon.

I love Subway but the guy who took my order today was very rude. At one point he mumbled under his breath and after nicely asking him twice if he could put chipotle on my sand which he proceeded to wrap it and gave it to another person to ring me up. Very unprofessional.

This is my favorite subway in all of btown. They have the best cookies, hands down.
I’m a local and regular customer. They have my order memorized and start on it right away. Caleb and Dylan are awesome workers. Friendly and prompt. Clean store. Food is always amazing. Wish I could give it 10 stars🎉
