Sonic Drive-in

We sat for 30 minutes after pushing the button waiting for someone to take our order. We finally decided to move to a different Stall and try again. We waited for another 20 minutes before finally getting an answer. We asked to speak to a Manager. We waited another 15 minutes. Finally we had to catch a carhop who was very polite and ask again to speak with a Manager. Total time we waited has been 50 plus minutes 😡😤never had such terrible service!!!!

LOL what can you say Sonic's always delicious this sonic has fairly fast serve and very friendly car Hops and they're pretty proficient at least I've never gotten the wrong order at this Sonic and since they added big red to their drink menu it has definitely become my absolute favorite place at least to get drinks anyways. No other restaurant has big red fountain drinks... so thumbs up Sonic! Super glad you added that to your menu and this particular Sonic always has a very clean parking lot you don't see trash everywhere like you do it some Sonics Top Notch customer service delicious food love it love it love it love it

when I went there I ordered a number two (double meat), and my burger was cold AND raw in the middle. it took them a whole forty minutes, to bring my order and NOBODY was there for it to have taken that long. customer service was TERRIBLE. everybody was rude. and they STILL got my order wrong. my fries were cold as well. AND on top of that, found a hair in my food. go to Gregg instead. it’s SO MUCH better

My biggest complaint is ordering ahead through the mobile app to be ready for pick up & still end up having to wait another 10 mins for food that looks not only thrown together, but is lukewarm on the brink of cold. It's like my order was waiting to be delivered in that extra 10 mins. This happens practically every time that the stall shows order is on its way, but still end up waiting longer for the carhop to actually deliver.
